— 0,5 բանկա պահածոյացված եգիպտացորեն
— 100 գր. թարմ շամպինյոն
— 1 ոչ մեծ սոխ
— 150 գր. հավի կրծքամիս
— թարմ կանաչի
— մի քանի գդալ մայոնեզ
— տապակելու համար բուսական յուղ
— աղ և սև պղպեղ' ըստ ճաշակի
Պատրաստման տևողությունը՝ 1 ժամ
Ավելի լավ է չօգտագործել հավի սառեցված փափուկ միս, քանզի պատրաստելուց հետո այն կլինի պինդ և չոր:
Հավի փափուկ միսը կտրատում ենք , փոքր ինչ ծեծում, ավելացնում ենք աղ' ըստ ճաշակի: Տապակում ենք բուսական յուղով երկու կողմից մինչև լավ եփվի: Թողնում ենք սառչի:
Այժմ պատրաստում ենք սունկը: Շամպինյոնները կտրատում ենք և տապակում բուսական յուղով, ավելացնում ենք մանր կտրատած սոխ: Շամպինյոնների վրա ըստ ճաշակի աղ և սև պղպեղ ենք ավելացնում: Թողնում ենք սառչի:
Պահածոյացված եգիպտացորենն առանձնացնում ենք հեղուկից և ավելացնում տապակելուց հետո սառած սնկի վրա: Հավի միսը ձեռքերով մանրում ենք և ավելացնում սնկի ու եգիպտացորենի վրա:
Կանաչին մանր կտրատում ենք: Ավելացնում ենք այնքան մայոնեզ, որ աղցանի մթերքները հեշտությամբ խառնվեն:
Աղցանը կարող ենք լցնել ափսեի մեջ և զարդարել եգիպտացորենով կամ կանաչիով: Ինչպես էլ այն զարդարելու լինեք, աղցանի համը դրանից չի փոխվի և կմնա շատ համեղ:
