Մանե Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հրապարակված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2016-ին Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան դրամական փոխանցման միջին մեծությունը կազմել է 2219 դոլար, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավել է գրեթե 1,7 անգամ։ Ամենամոտ մրցակցի՝ ՈՒզբեկստանի մոտ այդ ցուցանիշը կրկնակի քիչ է։ Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ ԱՊՀ-ում գումարային փոխանցման միջին մեծությունը շատ ավելի ցածր է եղել՝ ընդամենը 268 դոլար։ Գումարային փոխանցումների միջին մեծության այդքան կտրուկ աճը, կարելի է ենթադրել, պայմանավորված է ինչ-որ նոր գործոնով։
Այն կարելի է կապել Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան մարդատար մեքենաների ներկրման դինամիկայի հետ: 2015-ին Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան է ներկրվել 6․1 հազար մարդատար մեքենա։ Իսկ ահա 2016-ին այդ ցուցանիշը 2․8 անգամ աճել է ու կազմել 17․2 հազար։ Արդյունքում Հայաստան ներկրվող մեքենաների քանակում Ռուսաստանի մասնաբաժինը ավելացել է 22 տոկոսից մինչև 52 տոկոս։ Ներկրման ավելացման պատճառներից մեկը կարող է լինել այն, որ Ռուսաստանից ներմուծվող մեքենաների մաքսային միջին գները՝ 3358-ից նվազել են՝ հասնելով 2950 դոլարի:
