Նատալյա Վոդյանովան ստորագրահավաք Է սկսել «Եվրատեսիլ»-ին Սամոյլովայի մասնակցության օգտին

Ռուսաստանցի մոդել Նատալյա Վոդյանովան Change.org կայքում հանրագիր Է զետեղել՝ պահանջելով երգչուհի Յուլյա Սամոյլովային թույլատրել մասնակցելու Կիեւում անցկացվելիք «Եվրատեսիլ-2017»-ին: Գրառումն անելու պահին դիմումին աջակցել Էր ավելի քան 50 հազար մարդ: 
Վոդյանովան հանրագրում Սամոյլովային ներկայացրել Է որպես «Ռուսաստանի եւ Ուկրաինայի քաղաքական խաղերի» պատանդ: Նա նշել Է, որ Ուկրաինայի անվտանգության ծառայության (ՈւԱԾ) կողմից երկիր երգչուհու մուտքի արգելքը խախտում Է «Եվրատեսիլ»-ի կանոնները, ինչպես նաեւ Սամոյլովայի՝ որպես երաժիշտի եւ անհատականության իրավունքները:
Մոդելը հանրագիրը հասցեագրել Է Եվրոպական հեռարձակողների միությանը (ԵՀՄ), որն ամեն տարի կազմակերպում Է «Եվրատեսիլ»-ը, Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոյին եւ Կոնստանտին Էռնստին՝ Առաջին ալիքի գլխավոր տնօրենին, որը Սամոյլովային նշանակել Է երաժշտական մրցույթում Ռուսաստանի ներկայացուցչուհի:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի Է դարձել, որ Ուկրաինայի Անվտանգության ծառայությունը Յուլյա Սամոյլովային երեք տարով արգելել Է մուտքն Ուկրաինա: Անվտանգության ծառայությունը գտնում Է, որ 2015 թվականի ամռանը, ելույթ ունենալով Ղրիմում կայացած համերգում, նա խախտել Է Ուկրաինայի նախարարների կաբինետի որոշումը, ըստ որի օտարեկրացիները պետք Է հատուկ թույլտվություն ունենան թերակղզու տարածք այցելելու համար:   
Սամոյլովան ինքը կարծում Է, որ Ուկրաինայի տարածք իր մուտքի արգելքի հետ կապված իրադրությունը դեռ կարող Է փոխվել: «Այս ամենին (Կիեւի արգելքին) շատ ծիծաղելի Է հետեւել կողքից, որովհետեւ ես չեմ հասկանում, թե այնտեղ ինչ են տեսել ինձնում: Ինձնում՝ այս փոքր աղջկա մեջ, ինչ-որ սպառնալիք են տեսել: Ես, մեծ հաշվով, չեմ վշտանում: Շարունակում են պարապել, չգիտես ինչու կարծո
