21-ամյա երիտասարդին դանակահարել է անչափահասը. շարժառիթը պարզվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ եւ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է 21-ամյա երիտասարդին դանակահարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիցտեից հայտնում են, որ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 21-ամյա Ա.Խաչիկյանին պատճառված մարմնական վնասվածքի հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը։
Քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ երիտասարդին մարմնական վնասվածքը պատճառվել է 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 13-ին՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, թիվ 111 դպրոցի մոտ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, անչափահասի կողմից։
Նախնական քննության արդյունքների համաձայն՝ տարաձայնությունն սկսվել է Լուկաշինի փողոցի վրա գտնվող դեղատան մոտ՝ հայհոելու պատճառով, ապա գնացել են նշված դպրոցի հետնամասում գտնվող տարածք՝ պարզաբանումների համար։ Վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է քաշքշոցի, որի ժամանակ էլ անչափահասը կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածել է Ա.Խաչիկյանի որովայնին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք ու դիմել փախուստի։
Անչափահասն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է Երեւան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ եւ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին եւ ցուցմունք տվել՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ։
Մինչդատական վաչույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ անչափահաս տղային առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով եւ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել հսկողությանը հանձնելը:
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է, եւ գործն ուղարկվել է Աջափնյակ եւ Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան:
