ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանն աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Արարատի մարզում` շրջելով մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունում, Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնում, հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներում, Տեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոնի, Հիդրոմետ ծառայության, Պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության մարզային ստորաբաժանումներում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ար տակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարը եղել է Արտաշատ, Արարատ և Վեդի քաղաքային համայնքների հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատներում, որտեղ ծանոթացել է ստորաբաժանումների շենքային և աշխատանքային պայմաններին, տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը և առկա խնդիրներին:
Դ. Տոնոյանը կարևորել է հրշեջ-փրկարարների պարբերական վերապատրաստումն ու որակավորման բարձրացումը` հատկապես առաջին բուժօգնության ցուցաբերման ուղղությամբ, որպեսզի յուրաքանչյուր հրշեջ-փրկարար կարողանա լիարժեք առաջին բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերել տուժածներին նախքան հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը:
Քննարկվել են նաև հրշեջ-փրկարարների համազգեստի բարելավման և ջոկատների գույքի արդիականացման հարցերը` Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության տրամադրած ժամանակակից գույքի միջոցով:
Շրջայցի ընթացքում ԱԻ նախարարը եղել է Հիդրոմետ ծառայության երկու կայանում, որտեղ դիտարկել է կայանների վերազինման և թվայնացման հարցերը:
ՀՀ ԱԻՆ հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության և ՙՏեխնիկական անվտանգության ազգային կենտրոն՚ ՊՈԱԿ-ի մարզային ստորաբաժանումներում նախարար Դ. Տոնոյանը հանձնարարել է աշխատանքում լինել առավել աչալուրջ և խիստ` հնարավորինս նվազեցնելու համար տեխնածին դժբախտ դեպքերի ռիսկը:
Համայնքային ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարար Տոնոյանն անդրադարձավ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հետ սերտ համագործակցության միջոցով համայնքներում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների իրականացմանը՝ նշելով, որ լավագույն ուղին ԱՌՆ-ի բաղադրիչը համայնքային բյուջեում ներառելն է:
