ԵՄ-ն հռչակագիր կհրապարակի Brexit-ի վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական ծանուցումից հետո

 Brexit-ի վերաբերյալ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի՝ մարտի 29-ին սպասվող պաշտոնական ծանուցման կապակցությամբ Եվրամիությունը հռչակագիր Է պատրաստել հանրակցության անդամ 27 երկրների ղեկավարների անունից: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտնել Է Բրյուսելի դիվանագիտական մի աղբյուր:
«Սպասվում Է, որ Brexit-ի վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական ծանուցումից անմիջապես հետո կհրապարակվի ԵՄ-ի 27 երկրների ղեկավարների հռչակագիրը»,-ասել Է գործակալության զրուցակիցը: 
Ինչպես սպասվում Է, մարտի 29-ին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյը կհայտարարի Լիսաբոնի պայմանագրի 50-րդ հոդվածի դրույթների իրագործումն սկսելու մասին, ըստ որի Բրիտանիան կարող Է կամավոր դուրս գալ ԵՄ-ից:
Մեյը լույս մարտի 29-ի գիշերն ստորագրել Է այն նամակը, որով Եվրամիության իշխանություններին ծանուցվում Է ԵՄ-ից երկրի դուրս գալու ընթացակարգի պաշտոնական գործարկման մասին: Ծանուցագիրը Միացյալ Թագավորության մշտական ներկայացուցիչ  Թիմ Բարոուի կողմից Եվրախորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկին կհանձնվի մարտի 29-ին տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 11:30-ին (Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 15:30-ին): Միաժամանակ Մեյը Բրյուսելին ծանուցման մասին պետք Է իրազեկի բրիտանական խորհրդարանին:  
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտարարել Է Տուսկը, ծանուցումն ստանալուց հետո 48 ժամվա ընթացքում ինքը հանդես կգա պաշտոնական պատասխանով եւ Brexit-ի ռազմավարության հակիրճ շարադրմամբ: Սակայն, ինչպես պնդում են բրիտանական ԶԼՄ-ները, հղում անելով Բրյուսելի աղբյուրների, եվրոպական կողմին առնվազն ութ շաբաթ կպահանջվի առաջիկա բանակցությունների կապակցությամբ հանգամանալի ծրագիր մշակելու համար: Ինչպես սպասվում Է, այդ ծրագրի շնորհանդեսը կկայանա ԵՄ-ի 27 երկրների ղեկավարների՝ ապրիլի 29-ին նշանակված արտահերթ գագաթնաժողովում: Այդ ժամանակ Էլ բանակցությունների մանդատ ը պաշտոնապես կհանձնվի Եվրահանձնաժողովի կողմից ընտրված բանակցորդին՝ ֆրանսիացի դիվանագետ Միշել Բառնիեին: Նա կգլխավորի Եվրահանձնաժողովի Brexit-ի հարցերով արդեն ձեւավորված բաժինը:
