Շարմազանովը ՀՀԿ-ի գրանցումը չեղյալ համարելու որևէ իրավական հիմք չի տեսնում

 Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նախընտրական հնարք է համարում «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» և «Ելք» դաշինքների կողմից ԿԸՀ ներկայացրած դիմումները ՀՀԿ-ի գրանցումը չեղյալ համարելու վերաբերյալ: Մարտի 29-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահն ընդգծեց, թե չի կարծում, որ ՀՀԿ-ի գրանցումը չեղյալ համարելու որևէ իրավ ական հիմք կա: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ դա ընդամենը նախընտրական հնարք էր երկու ուժերի կողմից: Հատկապես դա ավելի ցայտուն է դառնում այն պարագայում, երբ այդ ուժերից մեկը ներկայացրեց նման դիմում, հետո մյուսը հետևեց նրան, որպեսզի հետ չմնա: Ուղղակի նրանք նախընտրական մրցավազքի մեջ են մտել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Շարմազանովը:

Անդրադառնալով դպրոցների և մանկապարտեզների տնօրենների ձայնագրություններին, որոնք հրապարակել էր «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը` Շարմազանովն ասաց, որ ՀՀԿ կենտրոնական շտաբը դրանց հետ կապված հայտարարություն է տարածել, որի տակ ինքը ստորագրում է: «Մնացածն արդեն իրավապահ մարմինների գործն է: Քանի որ այդ հարցով զբաղվում են իրավապահները, և այս դեպքում իմ ցանկացած խոսք կարող է դիտվել որպես միջամտություն, ես զերծ կմնամ որևէ բան ասելուց»,- նշեց ԱԺ փոխխոսնակը:

ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահի համար անընդունելի է այն աժիոտաժն ու որոշ գործիչների երբեմն վիրավորական ու լկտի պահվածքը այդ ձայնագրությունների հրապարակումից հետո: Նրա խոսքով` փաստ է, որ այդ պատմության մեջ եղել են գործիչներ, ովքեր իրենց լավ չեն պահել նաև կանանց նկատմամբ:
