 Հայաստանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում միակողմանի զիջումների չի գնալու, սակայն առանց փոխզիջումների հարցի լուծումն անհնար է: Մարտի 29-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը` անդրադառնալով ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի վերջին հարցազրույցում հնչած գնահատականներին արցախյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման վերաբերյալ: «Ես կարծում եմ , որ այդ հարցում առաջին նախագահի կարծիքը 90-ականներից հետո էլ չի փոխվել: Ինձ համար առնվազն տարօրինակ է այն քաղաքական գործիչների պահվածքը, ովքեր 2008թ. ծափահարում էին Տեր-Պետրոսյանին՝ արցախյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման հարցում նրա դիրքորոշման համար, իսկ այսօր քննադատում են: Տեր-Պետրոսյանն այս հարցի վերաբերյալ 2008թ. նույն բանն էր ասում: Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն իր կարծիքն ունի, մենք` մերը: Միակողմանի զիջումների չենք գնալու, սակայն առանց փոխզիջումների այս հարցի կարգավորումն անհնար է: Մենք հնարավոր ենք համարում բանակցությունների արդյունքում երեք հայ տնի սկզբունքների հիման վրա արժանապատիվ խաղաղության հասնելը` հիմք ընդունելով Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների առաջարկած բանակցային փաստաթղթերը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Շարմազանովը:

Նա հավելեց, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կարծիքը ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ հստակ է ու չի փոխվել: «Մենք մեր նախընտրական ծրագրում մի քանի կետով հստակ խոսել ենք ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման մասին: Արցախի վերջնական կարգավիճակը բացառապես Արցախի բնակչության որոշելիքն է: Սա շատ պարզ է` Արցախի ժողովուրդն է որոշելու իր ճակատագիրը, և մենք այս հարցում սատարելու ենք Արցախի քաղաքացիներին: Այս հարցում հետքայլ հնարավոր չէ: Երկրորդ` մենք սատարել ու սատարելու ենք Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ջանքերին, որոնք միտված են հակամարտութ յան խաղաղ կարգավորմանը` երեք հայտնի սկզբունքների հիման վրա: Երրորդ` մենք ամրացնելու ենք մեր առաջնագիծը, հզորացնելու ենք մեր անվտանգությունը, բայց քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկելու, որպեսզի Արցախը վերադառնա բանակցային սեղան, քանի առանց Արցախի մասնակցության անհնար է հարցի լուծումը: Ահա սա է մեր հստակ դիրքորոշումը»,- մանրամասնեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:

Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցությունների համար որպես հիմք ծառայող Մադրիդյան սկզբունքներին` Շարմազանովն ընդգծեց, որ Մադրիդյան սկզբունքները շրջանառության մեջ են մտել 2007թ., 2011թ. փաստաթուղթը մոդիֆիկացվել և դարձել է կազանյան: Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ՀՀ-ն պատրաստ էր ստորագրել այդ փաստաթուղթը, սակայն Ադրբեջանը մերժել է` շեշտելով, որ մերժում է այն կողմը, որի համար դա ձեռնտու չէ: «Մադրիդյան և կազանյան փաստաթղթերը մեր երազանքի փաստաթղթե՞րն են, իհարկե, ոչ, բայց այդ փաստաթղթերը հի՞մք են հասնելու մեր նպատակներին, այո: Մեր նպատակն է հասնել հայ ժողովրդի 1988 թվականի արդար դատի իրականացմանը: Մենք շատ լավ հիշում ենք, թե այդ ժամանակ Ազատության հրապարակում ինչ էին պահանջում մեր հայրերը՝ Երևանում ու նաև ստեփանակերտցիները: Մենք այդ ճանապարհին կարևոր քայլը կատարել ենք ու անշեղորեն գնալու ենք այդ ճանապարհով»,- ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխխոսնակը:

Եզրափակելով խոսքը` Շարմազանովը նշեց, որ խնդիրը պետք է կարգավորվի փոխզիջումների միջոցով, սակայն դրա մասին պետք է խոսել այն ժամանակ, երբ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ կլինի գնալ փոխզիջումների:
