Քարոզարշավն ընդհանուր գծերով

Խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախընտրական քարոզարշավը մոտենում է ավարտին և թերևս արդեն իսկ կարող ենք ընդհանուր գծերով  ամփոփել մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժերի որդեգրած մարտավարությունը։ Ըստ էության պետք է նշել, որ  որպես կանոն նախընտրական քարոզարշավի բնույթն ու եղանակները հաճախ պայմանավորված են լինում քաղաքական ուժի ֆինանսական և այլ ռեսուրսներով։ այս տեսանկյունից օրինակ անհամեմատելի էին կոմունիստական կուսակցության և Հանրապետականի կազմակերպած քարոզարշավները։

Կոմունիստների պարագայում ակնհայտորեն զգացվում էր ռեուրսների պակասը քանի որ կոմկուսն օգտվում էր հատկացված եթերային ժամանակից, փոքր հանդիպումներ էր կազմակերպում տեղերում։  բովանդակային առումով կումկուսի քարոզարշավը հիմնված էր Խորհրդային անցյալի գովաբանության և ներկայացման վրա, այս տեսանկյունից Կոմկուսը շեշտադրում չէր կատարել ընդհանրապես սոցիալիստական գաղափարների և գաղափարախոսության վրա։

Հանրապետական կուսակցության քարոզարշավը կարելի է ասել տեխնիկապես ամենահագեցածն էր՝ Խոշոր ռեսուրսների ներդրմամբ տեսահոլովակներ, մարզային ու մայրաքաղաքային հանրահավաքային բնույթի  լայն հանդիպումներ՝ հագեցած տեխնիկական սարքավորումներով։ Բովանդակային առումով հանրապետականը շեշտը դրել էր իր կարգախոսից բխող անվտանգության և առաջընթացի խնդիրների վրա, և ներկայանում էր որպես քաղաքական ուժ, որը կարող է ստանձնել երկրում քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը։

Ընտրություններին մասնակցող ուժերից Ելք դաշինքը, Կոնգրես ՀժԿ դաշինքը, առավելապես ընտրել էին անմիջական շփումների միջոցով տարվող քարոզչությունը։ Այս ուժերը քարոզչությունը տանում էին բակային և համայնքային հանդիպումների միջոցով, քաղաքացիներ հետ շփումներով ու  փոքր հանրահավաքային բնույթի միջոցառումներով։ Ելքի-նորամուծություններից էր այսպես ասած տանիքային քարոզչությունը, քանի որ որպես բեմահարթակ ԵԼՔ ներկայացուցիչներն ու առաջնորդները նախընտրում էին ավտոտնակների տանիքները։

ՕՐՕ դաշինքի նախծընտրական քարոզարշավը տեխնիկական առումով քիչ էր տարբերվում մյուսներից՝ կրկին հանդիմումներ քաղաքացիների հետ, հանրահավաքային ելույթներ և այլն։ բովանդկային առումով այս դաշինքի քարոզարշավը մի Ջրառատի դեպքերից և Սամվել Բաբայանի ձերբակալությունից հետո որոշակիորեն ռադիկալ բնույթ սկսեց ստանալ։

Ծառուկյան դաշինքի նախընտրական քարոզարաշավը բավակաան խառը բնույթ ուներ։ Այս դաշինքի միջոցառումներն աչքի էին ընկնում լայն գովազդային արշավով, կազմակերպվող հանրահավքներով, միաժամանակ Ծառուկյան դաշինքը քարոզարշավ էր իրականացնում անմիջական շփումներ և այսպես ասած ժողովրդի մեջ մտնելու միջոցով։ Բնականաբար դաշինքի քարոզարշավի մշտական ուղեկիցներն էին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին փոխանցող նամակները։

Ընդհնուր առմամբ պետք է նշել, որ այս նախընտրական քարոզրաշավը բավական կոռեկտ էր, և մասնավոր դեպքերից զատ հակաքարոզչություն ու փոխադարձ վիրավորանքները լայն տարածում չստացան։
