 Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունը Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար շատ կարևոր համակարգ է: Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը: «Դա ամրագրված է նաև Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարության մեջ և մեր  երկրի ռազմական դոկտրինում: Մենք համարվում ենք այդ կազմակերպության հիմնաÕ �իր անդամներից մեկը և, բնականաբար, շատ ենք գնահատում այդ կառույցի ներուժը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասել է նախարարը:

Նա հավելել է, որ Հայաստանը ակտիվ մասնակցություն է ունեցել կազմակերպության օպերատիվ արձագանքման հավաքական ուժերի ստեղծման մասին որոշման կայացմանը: «Մենք շատ հետաքրքրված ենք կազմակերպության խաղաղապահ պոտենցիալով: Մենք գտնում ենք, որ այս կազմակերպությունը հսկայական ներուժ ունի: Մենք շատ արդյունավետ օգտագործում ենք կազմակերպության ընձեռած հնարավորությունները զինվորական կադրերի նախապատրաստման առումով, շատ ակտիվ օգտագործում ենք այս կազմակերպության հնարավորությունները ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության առումով: Մենք հնարա վորություն ենք ստանում ռազմական տեխնիկա և սպառազինություն արտադրողներից ներքին գներով ուղիղ գնումներ կատարել»,- ասել է Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Նախարարը հիշեցրել է, որ կազմակերպությունում Հայաստանի նախագահության ժամանակահատվածում հնարավոր եղավ տրամաբանական ավարտին հասցնել Հավաքական անվտանգության ռազմավարությունը, որը համարվում է կազմակերպության կոնցեպտուալ խաղաքարտը:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ դեռ շատ հարցեր կան` կապված ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում կարևոր արտաքին քաղաքական հարցերում գործողությունների համապատասխանեցման հետ: «Այս ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի ջանքերով որոշակի քայլեր իրականացվել են: Իհարկե, հարկավոր է հասկանալ, որ ոչ միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ին, այլ նաև միջազգային այլ կառույցների` այդ թվում` ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքներին, շատ լավ ծանոթ են իրավիճակներ, որ նույն կազմակերպության անդամ գործընկեր երկրները կարող են ունենալ ոչ միայն տարբեր, այլ երբեմն նաև հակասական դիրքորոշումներ արտաքին քաղաքական նշանակության հար ցերի վերաբերյալ: Մենք կարծում ենք, որ սա թուլացնում է կազմակերպությունը, հատկապես, երբ կազմակերպության անդամ երկրները շատ չեն: Դրա համար ես կարծում եմ, որ այս ուղղությամբ մենք դեռ աշխատելու տեղ ունենք»,- եզրափակել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը:
