Վերսկսվել է «Մարզերի հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման» հերթական ծրագիրը

 Մեկ տարվա ընդմիջումից հետո վերսկսվել է «Մարզերի հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման» հերթական ծրագիրը, որը ժամանակավորապես հետաձգվել էր ֆինանսական խնդիրների պատճառով: ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի հաշվին այս տարի կրկին հանրապետության մարզերում իրականացվելու են ծրագրեր: ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ Շիրակի մարզին նախատեսվում է հատկացնել 550 մլն դրամ գումար՝  35 օբյեկտի շինարարության և 7 համայնքի սուբվենցիա տրամադրելու համար: Նախատեսված գումարի մի մասն արդեն հատկացվել է: 
«Այս տարի, ի ուրախություն բոլորիս, համապատասխան գումար հատկացվեց ծրագրերի իրականացման համար: Արդեն տրամադրվել են սուբվենցիաները և գումար այն օբյեկտների շինարարության համար, որոնց նախագծանախահաշվային փաթեթներն առկա են: Մեր մարզում նախատեսված 35 օբյեկտից 10-ի համար նախագծանախահաշվային փաթեթները  կան, և դրանց շինարարության գումարները հատկացվել են: Մարզին հատկացվել է 250 մլն դրամ գումար, որի շրջանակում նաև նախագծանախահաշվային փաթեթները  չունեցող 25  օբյեկտի պահանջվող փաստաթղթերի կազմման համար: Մնացած 300 մլն դրամ գումարը կ տրամադրվի այդ փաթեթների պատրաստ լինելուց հետո»,-«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետ Ալբերտ Մարգարյանը:
Համաձայն գնումների մասին օրենքի՝ Շիրակի մարզպետարանն արդեն հայտարարել է տվյալ 25 օբյեկտների նախագծանախահաշվային փաթեթների կազմման մրցույթներ: «Այդ մրցույթները շահել են 5 կազմակերպություն, որոնց հետ կնքվել է պայմանագրեր, դրանցից  16-ի փաստաթղթերն արդեն պատրաստ են, 9-ը՝ ընթացքի մեջ են  և կավարտվեն առաջիկա 1 շաբաթվա ընթացքում»,-նշեց պատասխանատուն՝ հավելելով, որ այն օբյեկտներում, որոնք արդեն ունեն համապատասխան փաթեթներ, շինարարական աշխատանքները կմեկնարկեն շատ շուտով: Դրանց արդեն շինարարական աշխատանքների կապալառու &n bsp;կազմակերպությունների մրցույթները ևս կայացել են, և ընթացքի մեջ է պայմանագրերի կնքման գործընթացը: 
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ 10 ծրագրից  5-ը ճանապարհաշինական, մյուսները տարբեր կարգի վերանորոգման կամ հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ  են: «Այս 10  օբյեկտում շինարարական աշխատանքները կսկսվեն այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում: 25 օբյեկտից 16-ի կապալառու կազմակերպության մրցույթը կհայտարարվի այս շաբաթ, իսկ 9-ի համար մեկ շաբաթ հետո»,- նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետը:
 
Ճանապարհաշինության շրջանակում կիրականացվեն Գյումրու Ռուսթավելի, Արթիկի Նժդեհի փողոցների, Նահապետավան, Նոր Ախուրյան գյուղ տանող և Փանիկ-Սպանդարյան ճանապարհների վերականգնման աշխատանքներ: Այս աշխատանքները նախատեսվում է սկսել առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում: Հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման ծրագրում են ընդգրկված նաև դպրոցները՝ տանիքների, մարզադահլիճների վերականգնում,  պատուհանների փոխարինում, դպրոցների մասնակի նորոգում ինչպես Գյումրիում, այնպես էլ գյուղական համայնքներում, վերանորոգման ծրագրում ընդգրկված են նաև մարզադպրոցներ ու մշակույթÕ « կենտրոններ: Հատկացված գումարի շրջանակում տանիքների վերականգնում կիրականացվի նաև Արթիկում և Մարալիկում:
Ի տարբերություն նախորդ ծրագրերի այս անգամ չկա համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման բարձր ցուցանիշի ապահովման նախապայմանը:
