Ւշխանությունների օրակարգում շարունակում է մնալ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցը: Ընդդիմությունը «Ո՛չ»-ի ճակատի միջոցով փորձում է տապալել գործընթացը: Ինչպես հայտնի է, «Չե՛ք անցկացնի» նախաձեռնությունը սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Գյումրիի թատերական հրաարակում անցկացրեց հանրահավաք: Վաղը՝ հոկտեմբերի 2-ին, սպասվում է նախաձեռնության առաջին հանրահավաքը մայրաքաղաք Երևանում:

Մեկնաբանելով Գյումրիի հանրահավաքի տպավորությունները՝ «Չե՛ք անցկացնի» նախաձեռնության անդամ Արշակ Մուսախանյանը Past.am-ին ասաց. «Գյումրիի հանրահավաքը ես գնահատում եմ գերազանց, որովհետև կար քաղաքացիների լավ մասնակցություն, նաև կար բարձր էներգետիկա: Նման հանրահավաք եմ ակնկալում նաև վաղը: Կարծում եմ՝ քաղաքացիները կլինեն ակտիվ, լավ հանրահավաք և երթ կլինի: Սրանով «Ո՛չ»-ի շարժումն իր հանրահավաքային մեկնարկը կտա նաև մայրաքաղաքում»:

Մեր հարցին՝ երևանյան հանրահավաքի կազմակերպման ժամանակ խոչընդոտներ եղե՞լ են, «Չե՛ք անցկացնի» նախաձեռնության ներկայացուցիչը պատասխանեց. «Երևի տեղյակ եք, որ մենք դիմեցինք դատարան՝ բողոքարկելու քաղաքապետարանի որոշումը: Քաղաքապետարանն ընդունել էր ի գիտություն հանրահավաքը և երթը, բայց գրել էր, որ երթը չպետք է խանգարի բնական ընթացքին: Ըստ մեր դիտարկման՝ դա իրավունքների սահմանափակում է: Դիմեցինք դատարան, դատարանը չբավարարեց մեր հայցը: Դա որևէ էական բան չի կարող փոխել մեր ծրագրերի մեջ: Մենք անելու ենք հանրահավաք և անելու ենք երթ՝ Մաշտոցի պողոտա, Ամիրյան, Հանրապետության հրապարակ, Նալբանդյան փողոցներով»:

Խոսելով «Ո՛չ»-ի ճակատում հնարավոր տարաձայնությունների մասին՝ մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց, որ գլխավոր հարցում բոլորը միասնական են: Ըստ Արշակ Մուսախանյանի՝ այն հարցի շուրջ, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները վտանգ են պարունակում, ընդդիմադիր դաշտում երկու բևեռ չկա, իսկ մնացածն ընդամենը տեսակետների բախում է, որը շատ նորմալ է:
