Այսօր «Պոստ Սկրիպտում» մամուլի ակումբում ՌԴ-ում «Ջավախք» հայրենակցական միության նախագահ Աղասի Արաբյանը, խոսելով ջավախահայերի առաջ ծառացած խնդիրների մասին, դրանք բաժանեց մի քանի մասի: Ըստ բանախոսի՝ գլոբալ առումով խնդիրներն առկա են քաղաքական, տնտեսական եւ հումանիտար ոլորտներում:

«Քաղաքական ոլորտն իր հերթին հարկավոր է բաժանել երկու մասի` արտաքին եւ ներքին: Արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ որպես հիմնական խնդիր դիտարկում ենք Վրաստանի՝ ՆԱՏՕ մտնելու հարցը ու երկաթգիծը: Մենք բոլորս ՆԱՏՕ ասելով հասկանում ենք Թուրքիա, քանի որ քաջ գիտակցում ենք, որ երբ Վրաստանը մտավ ՆԱՏՕ, բացառվում է, որ Թուրքիան բազաներ չդնի Վրաստանում ` մանավանդ Ջավախքում»:

Աղասի Արաբյանը, անդրադառնալով նաեւ երկաթգծի կառուցման հարցին, նշեց, որ նախկին երկաթգիծը, որը շահագործվել է ԽՍՀՄ ժամանակ, այժմ էլ կա, սակայն, զուտ քաղաքական նկատառումներից ելնելով, Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվեցին դրանից օգտվել: Նպատակը մեկն էր, որ Հայաստանը մնա առանձնացված: Ինչ վերաբերում է երկաթգծի կառուցման աշխատանքներում տեղի հայերի ներգրավվածությանը, ապա անգամ ամենաչնչին հարցերում նրանք որեւէ աշխատանք չեն իրականցնում. «Շինարարական աշխտանքների հետ կապված բոլոր տենդերները վերցնում են ադրբեջանական շինարակական ընկերությունները»,- նշեց Աղասի Արաբյանը:

Տնտեսական հարցերում փաստացի խնդիր են ներդրումները, գյուղատնտեսության հետ կապված հարցերն ու աշխատատեղերի բացակայությունը: Ըստ բանախոսի՝ փաստացի Վրաստանում տեղի է ունենում տնտեսական էկսպանսիա Թուրքիայի կողմից, ինչը, բնականաբար, ձեռնտու չէ տեղի հայերի համար:

Իր խոսքի ընթացքում Ա. Արաբյանը թվարկված բազմաշերտ հարցերից առանձնացրեց նաեւ կրթության խնդիրը: Առաջնային են դպրոցների, գրքերի ու լեզվի հետ կապված հարցերը. «Կարեւոր է, որ հայկական դպրոցները չփակվեն, դասընթացները չկրճատվեն, այլ` ավելացվեն: Ինչ վերաբերում է գրքերին, ապա շատ անգամ տվյալ հարցում թիվ մեկ մեղավոր են ճանաչում Հայաստանին, սակայն պետք է նշեմ, որ Հայաստանն այս հարցում մեղավորություն չունի: Սփյուռքի նախարարությունն օրենքի շրջանակներում օգտակար է լինում ջավախահայերին: Դասագրքերի հետ կապված հարցերը պարտադիր կերպով համաձայնեցվում է Վրաստանի կառավարության հետ: Ինչ վերաբերում է հայոց պատմություն առարկային, ապա այն հանվել է դասավանդվող առարկաների շարքից: Կրճատվել են հայոց լեզվի դասաժամերը»:

Նշենք, որ բարձրացվող հարցերի վերաբերյալ ՌԴ-ում «Ջավախք» հայրենակցական միության նախագահ Աղասի Արաբյանը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ բարձրաձայնել է ու փորձել լուծումներ փնտրել. «Ես առաջարկել էի բացել հայկական համալսարան, որպեսզի տեղի հայերը ըստ պահանջի ստանային կրթություն համապատասխան մասնագիտացումներով: Մենք պատրաստ էին հոգալ բոլոր ծախսերը, սակայն համապատասխան թույլտվություն չստացանք: Վրացական իշխանությանն այս առաջարկը ձեռնտու չէ, քանի որ իրենք մեր երեխաներին տանում են Թիֆլիս լեզու են սովորեցնում: Այդ կրթություն ստացած հայ երեխաները հետագայում դառնում են կիսավրացի-կիսահայ, որի մեջ մենք վտանգ ենք տեսնում»,-ասաց նա:
