Ներկա ընտրական գործընթացների ամենաբացասական կողմերից է այն իրողությունը, որ կրկին առաջնագիծ են դուրս եկել՝ որպես հեղինակություն են հանդես գալիս տարբեր «տրամաչափի» ու տարբեր «ոլորտի տասովչիկները»:
Իսկ դրա ուղղակի հետևանքով ընտրական գործընթացների միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հասարակությանը կրթելու, նոր որակի էլիտայի ձևավորման, իսկական հեղինակությունների ներկայացման անգամ հաջողված փորձերը հօդս են ցնդում ընդամենը 1-2 ամիսների ընթացքում: Հասարակության ոչ շատ մեծ, բայց բավական որակյալ զանգված առնվազն խորը հիասթափություն է ապրում՝ 4 տարվա գեղեցիկ ու ականջահաճո «լոլոներից» հետո բախվելով մտահոգիչ իրականությանը:
Հատկապես նոր՝ «ռեյտինգային» ընտրակարգի պարագայում մի բան անհերքելի է՝ քաղաքական կողմնորոշման խնդիր ունեցող, անկախ Հայաստանի քաղաքական պատմության ընթացքում բավականաչափ «թրծված» գիտակից մարդն իր ընտրությունը կատարում է ոչ միայն որևէ քաղաքական ուժի(ցավոք, ծրագիրը կարդացողների թիվը խիստ սահմանափակ է)՝ խարիզմատիկ, եթերային, գեղեցիկ խոսքով և այլ առավելություններով օժտված առաջնորդների ազդեցությամբ, այլև, և առավելապես, այդ կուսակցությունների ընտրատարածքային թեկնածուների և նրանց համար «աշխատող» տարբեր «տրամաչափի» ու տարբեր «ոլորտների տասովչիկների» միջոցով. իսկ ամենացավալին, որ այդ «աշխատանքներում» ներգրավված «տասովչիկների» թվում քիչ չեն այնքան կարևոր կրթության, գիտության, բժշկության(և այլն) ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Ինչպես ասում են՝ ցանկացած բացասական երևույթ նաև որոշ դրական կողմեր կարող է ունենալ. ցավոք, այս դեպքում դրական կողմը միայն նյութական է: Լավ է, որ այս 2 ամիսների ընթացքում բազմաթիվ մարդիկ զբաղվածություն(հաճախ՝ նաև կողմնակի) ունեցան, ասել է, թե՝ աշխատավարձ կստանան, ինչի արդյունքում զգալիորեն կակտիվանա երկրի տնտեսությունը և հատկապես մարզերում... Բայց էլի ցավոք՝ ընդամենը 2 ամսով:
