ԼՐԱԳՐԻ զրուցակիցն է Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-մայոր Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը (Կոմանդոս)
Պարոն Տեր-Թադևոսյան, մի քանի օր առաջ Արցախում Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանի զինուժի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարն աչքը չի թարթելու, հարկ եղած դեպքում, «Իսկանդերի» համազարկի հրաման արձակելիս ու դա հարևան երկրում շատ լավ գիտեն։ Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում նրա այս հայտարարությունը։
Ես միշտ ասել եմ, որ մենք չպետք է սպասենք, որ Ադրբեջանը մեզ հարվածի, նոր մենք պատասխան հարված հասցնենք։ Դա թույլ է տալիս նաև ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությունը, որ երբ տեսնում ես, որ քեզ ուզում են հարվածել, դու կարող ես առաջինը հարվածել՝ որպես կանխարգելիչ քայլ։ Ես մի քարտեզ ունեմ, որտեղ կա 12 վայր, որտեղ մարդիկ չեն ապրում, սակայն դրանք ինժեներական ենթակառուցվածքներ են, և եթե այդ վայրերին հարվածենք, մեծ վնաս կարող ենք հասցնել։ Դրանք էլեկտրակայաններ են, գազատարներ, նավթատարներ։ Ասենք այդ օբյեկտների շարքում են Մինգեչաուրի ջրամբարը, երկու հզորագույն էլեկտրակայաններ, որոնք ապահովում են Ադրբեջանի էլեկտրականության մոտ 40 տոկոսը, Բաքվի մոտ գտնվող նավթարդյունահանման օբյեկտները։ Այսինքն՝ երբ տեսնում ենք, որ փորձում են մեզ վրա հարձակվել, մենք ոչ թե պետք է հարվածենք Բաքվին, որ մարդիկ մահանան, այլ ռազմավարական օբյեկտներին, որը կսթափեցնի ու խելքի կբերի նրանց։ Մենք իրավունք չունենք երկրորդ անգամ թույլ տալ ապրիլյան դեպքերի կրկնություն։ Եթե Ադրբեջանը միտք ունի հարձակվել մեզ վրա, միջազգային իրավունքը թույլ է տալիս այդպիսի կանխարգելիչ քայլերի դիմել։ Այսինքն՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանն առաջնորդվում է միջազգային օրենքներով։
