Ապրիլի 2-ին քվեախցիկում ՀՀ քաղաքացին պետք է լրջորեն խորհի՝ ո՞ր ուժին է վստահելու մեր երկրի ապագան. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Կիրակի օրը՝ ապրիլի 2-ին, Հայաստանում կանցկացվեն խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ՝ առաջինը սահմանադրական փոփոխություններից և երկրում խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգի ներդրումից հետո: Այսօր այդ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի վերջին օրն է. ընտրություններին մասնակցելու հայտ ներկայացրած 9 ուժերը՝ 5 կուսակցություններն ու 4 դաշինքները, այս ընթացքում ներկայացրին իրենց ծրագրերը, փորձեցին համոզել ընտրողներին: Թե նրանց որքանո՞վ հաջողվեց, ցույց կտան ընտրությունների արդյունքները: Իսկ մինչ այդ, նկատենք, որ ԱԺ այս ընտրություններն առավել քան կարևոր են. քանի որ միակ հնարավորությունն է լինելու առաջիկա հինգ տարիների իշխանությունը ձևավորելու հարցում:
Նոր Սահմանադրությամբ Հայաստանում այլևս չեն անցկացվելու նախագահական ընտրություններ: Ուստի ապրիլի 2-ին քվեախցիկում ՀՀ քաղաքացին պետք է լրջորեն խորհի՝ ո՞ր ուժին է վստահելու մեր երկրի ապագան, ո՞ր ուժն է ի վիճակի իր վրա կրելու իշխանության ծանր ու պատասխանատու բեռը: Այնպես որ, ընտրությունը պետք է կատարել այդ գիտակցությամբ, այլ ոչ թե տուրք տալով ընտրակաշառքի, ճնշումների, ծանոթ-բարեկամի գործոնին: Մեկ կարևոր փաստ ևս. այս ընտրությունների անցկացման համար ընտրական օրենսգրքով ներդրվել են մեխանիզմներ, որոնք նվազագույնի կհասցնեն ընտրակեղծիքները: Մնում է միայն ճիշտ ընտրություն կատարել՝ վաղը չզղջալու համար: Ձայներ կորելու հավանականությունը շատ քիչ է»,–գրում է թերթը։
