Հարավային Կորեայի նախկին նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեին ձերբակալեցին

Հարավային Կորեայի նախկին նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեն ձերբակալվել Է այն բանից հետո, երբ Սեուլի դատարանը թույլատրեց նրան կալանավորել կաշառակերության, իշխանության չարաշահման եւ կողմնակի անձի՝ նախկին նախագահի ընկերուհուն՝ Չխվե Սուն Սիլին, գաղտնի տեղեկատվություն փոխանցելու մեղադրանքներով, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով «Ռյունհապ» գործակալությանը:
«Դատարանն ընդունեց նրան ձերբակալելու անհրաժեշտությունը, քանի որ բավարար հիմքեր կան մեղադրանքներ ներկայացնելու համար, ինչպես նաեւ երկյուղներ, որ հանցանշանները կարող են ոչնչացվել»,- հայտարարել Է դատավորը:
Գործակալության տվյալներով՝ կալանագիրը վավերական կլինի դրա ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո 20 օրվա ընթացքում: Սպասվում Է, որ պետական մեղադրողները Պակ Կըն Հեին պաշտոնական մեղադրանքներ կառաջադրեն մինչեւ այդ ժամկետի ավարտվելը:
Դատավճռի հրապարակումից հետո նախկին նախագահին կենտրոնական դատախազությունից տեղափոխել են Սեուլի հարավում գտնվող պատժական հիմնարկություն, որտեղ արդեն գտնվում են կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի հանգուցային դեմքերը, այդ թվում՝ Չխվե Սուն Սիլը:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացվել Է, Պակ Կըն Հեից բացի, մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել 30 մարդու, ներառյալ Samsung կորպորացիայի փաստական ղեկավար Լի Չժե Յոնը:
Պակ Կըն Հեի շուրջ սկանդալ Է բորբոքվել 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերին, երբ մամուլում տեղեկություններ հայտնվեցին պետության ղեկավարի վրա նրա ընկերուհի Չխվե Սուն Սիլի ազդեցության մասին: Դրա հետաքննությունը ցույց տվեց, որ մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում Չխվե Սուն Սիլը տեղյակ Է եղել պետական կառավարման մանրամասներին եւ միջամտել Է քաղաքական որոշումների ընդունման ընթացքին: Նախագահի ընկերուհին ճնշում Է գործադրել մի շարք ընկերությունների վրա, ներառյալ Samsung-ը, նրանց կողմից իր հսկողության տակ գտնվող հիմնադրամներ տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարների փոխանցման ն պատակով: Հարավկորեական ընդդիմությունը պնդում Է, որ Պակ Կըն Հեն ներքաշված Է եղել Չխվե Սուն Սիլի կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներում կամ առնվազն տեղյակ Է եղել տեղի ունեցողի մասին:
Անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին Հարավային Կորեայի խորհրդարանը ժամանակավորապես իշխանությունից զրկեց երկրի նախագահին, որին մեղադրեցին կոռուպցիայի եւ իշխանության չարաշահման մեջ, իսկ մարտի 10-ին Սահմանադրական դատարանը վերջնականապես հաստատեց իմպիչմենտը: Արդյունքում Պակ Կըն Հեն զրկվեց բարձրագույն պաշտոնից եւ կորցրեց անձեռնմխելիությունը քրեական հետապնդման նկատմամբ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
