ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում ստեղծված աշխատանքային խումբը ուսումնասիրել է 221 հաղորդում

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության աշխատանքային խումբը օպերատիվ կերպով շարունակում է ուսումնասիրել 02.04.2017թ. կայանալիք Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների նախապատրաստման և անցկացման ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ մամուլի հրապարակումները, քաղաքացիների հաղորդումները և ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության թեժ գծով ստացված ահազանգերը (այսուհետ՝ հաղորդում): Աշխատանքային խումբը 31.03.2017թ. դրությամբ արդեն իսկ ուսումնասիրել է ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ 221 հաղորդում, որոնցից առերևույթ ընտրական բնույթի հանցագործության հատկանիշներ են պարունակել 54-ը: Այդ 54 հաղորդումներում նշված հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով դրանք ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժիններ: Դատախազների կողմից հետևողականորեն հսկողություն է իրականացվում այդ դեպքերի լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ, բազմակողմանի ստուգման կատմամբ, ապահովվում է դրանցով անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների իրականացումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Հրապարակումների վերաբերյալ
Պարտադիր կերպով բացատրություններ են վերցվել բոլոր այն անձանցից, ովքեր, ըստ հրապարակման բովանդակության, կարող են տեղեկություններ ունենալ ստուգվող դեպքի վերաբերյալ: Միաժամանակ բոլոր դեպքերով իրականացվում են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ:
Վերը նշված 54 հաղորդումներից 40-ով դրանցում նշված հանգամանքները հերքվել են կամ չեն հաստատվել, իսկ մյուսներով ստուգողական գործողությունները դեռևս շարունակվում են:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը հորդորում է ընտրական գործընթացի բոլոր մասնակիցներին՝ գրանցված կուսակցություններին և կուսակցությունների դաշինքներին, վստահված անձանց, ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներին, դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող տեղական և միջազգային կազմակերպություններին, ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ իրենց հայտնի տեղեկատվությունը հայտնել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ օրենքով սահմանված միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու նպատակով:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում գործում է թեժ գիծ՝ 511-603 հեռախոսահամարով, որը քվեարկության օրը գործելու է շուրջօրյա:
