«Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունն այս քարոզարշավի ընթացքում կարողացել է հանգամանալից ներկայացնել իր նախընտրական ծրագիրը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին քարոզարշավի ամփոփման համար հրավիրված մամլո ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը: Նրա խոսքով`հանրությունը տեղյակ է, որ ՀՎԿ ներկայացրել է իսկապես մրցունակ ո ւ փաստարկված ծրագիր: Բաղդասարյանի դիտարկմամբ`իրենց քաղաքական կազմակերպության առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ կուսակցությունում օլիգարխներ չկան:
