Հայհեղափոխական դաշնակցությունկուսակցությունից պատգամավորիթեկնածու, ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցությանղեկավար Արմեն Ռուստամյանն առաջարկում է հետագայում առաջ քաշել վարկանիշային ընտրակարգից հրաժարվելու հարցը:
«Վստահ ենք, որ այս ընտրությունները պետք է նոր ժամանակաշրջանի հիմք դնեն մեր երկրում, որպեսզի ի վերջո ունենանք ամենաբարձր մակարդակի կազմակերպված ժողովրդավարական ընտրություններ, եւ դրա համար լուրջ հիմքեր են ստեղծված: Մենք բազմիցս ասել ենք, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, այն ընտրակարգը, որ կա Հայաստանում՝ կապված վարկանիշային թեկնածուների մեծ քանակի կամ վարկանիշների որոշման ձեւի հետ, ի սկզբանե մեր սրտով չէր, բայց փոխզիջման արդյունք էր: Սա մի քիչ նսեմացրել է ընտրությունները, որոնք պետք է լինեին շատ բարձր մակարդակի: Շատերն են դժգոհում այս ընրակարգից, որը բախումների առիթ տվեց, եւ այս առումով ստվեր ընկավ ընտրությունների վրա: Պետք է ազատվել այս ընտրակարգից. հետո արդեն խնդիրներ կառաջանան մանդատներ բաշխելու ժամանակ, որտեղ եւս անարդարություններ կլինեն: Շուրջ 1500 թեկնածուն այս փոքր Հայաստանի համար շատ է»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց պատգամավորության թեկնածուն:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այսպես անկախ ընտրողների շրջանակը նեղանում է, քանի որ թեկնածուներից յուրաքանչյուրն էլ ունի իր բարեկամական շրջանակը:
«Սա դեռեւս ամենակարեւոր առանձնահատկությունն է, որ իր դրոշմն է դրել ընտրապայքարի վրա: Մենք երբեք նման տրամաբանությամբ ընտրազանգված չենք ձեւավորել: Չի կարելի գերդաստանի կապերի միջոցով եւ դրանով պայմանավորված ապագա ձեւավորել, անգամ դիպուկ օրինակներ ենք բերել. երբ ձեր հարազատը ծանր հիվանդ է լինում, չեք տանում չէ՞ խնամի-ծանոթի մոտ, այլ՝ լավ մասնագետի, նույնն էլ պետության հարցում: Արդյոք մեր ասածն ազդեցություն ունեցե՞լ է, թե չէ, ցույց կտան ընտրությունները»,-եզրափակեց Արմեն Ռուստամյանը:
