Գրեյպֆրուտ
Այն իջեցնում է ինսուլինի մակարդակը, իսկ դա, առաջին հերթին, իջեցնում է ախորժակը: Ամեն ուտելուց առաջ կես բաժին գրեյպֆրուտը կամ 150գրամ հյութը կօգնի երկու շաբաթում երկու կիլոգրամ նիհարել: Գրեյպֆրուտի հյութը կարելի է խառնել նարինջի և լիմոնի հյութերի հետ: Դա հավելյալ կամրապնդի ձեր իմունիտետը և կմաքրի օրգանիզմը թունավոր նյութերից:
Կանաչ թեյ
Այս աստվածային ըմպելիքը խոչընդոտում է քաղցկեղային բջիջների գոյացմանը: Այն օգնում է կանխել սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացումը: Լավ է ազդում օրգանիզմի նյութափոխանակության վրա: Օրական 5 բաժակ կանաչ թեյն օգնում է այրել 70-80 կալորիա:

Դժվար է նիհարել, եթե բավարար քանակով հեղուկ չեք օգտագործում: Օրգանիզմում ոչ բավարար հեղուկիպայմաններում նյութափոխանակությունը դանդաղում է, բացի այդ իջնում է գյլուկոզայի մակարդակն արյան մեջ: Առաջանում է թուլություն և գլխապտույտ:

Ընդամենը մեկ քառորդ թեյի գդալ դարչինն օգնում է մարսել շաքարն ավելի հեշտորեն և իջեցնում է դրա մակարդակն արյան մեջ: Իսկ շաքարի բարձր մակարդակն արյան մեջ նպաստում է ճարպային կուտակումների ձևավորմանը: Դարչինը կարելի է նաև որպես շաքար օգտագործել, որովհետև այն նաև բնական քաղցր համ ունի:
