Արցախի ՄԻՊ-ն ապրիլյան պատերազմից մեկ տարի անց շարունակում է աշխատանքներ իրականացնել միջազգային գործընկերների հետ

Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից մեկ տարի անց անգամ Արցախում և Հայաստանում շարունակվում են ինտենսիվ աշխատանքներ իրականացվել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի միջազգային գործընկերների հետ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանն ասաց, որ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից արցախյան կողմը իրավական առումով տարբեր դասեր է քաղել։

«Մենք պետք է ավելի մեծ աշխատանքներ տանենք մեր միջազգային գործընկերների հետ՝ ներկայացնելու համար բուն խնդիրն ու դրա առանձնահատկությունները։ Այս աշխատանքները, կարծում եմ, թե՛ Հայաստանում և, թե՛ Արցախում ավելի ինտենսիվ կատարվում են»,- նկատեց Մելիքյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն պետք է դարձվի և դարձվել է այն հանգամանքներին, որոնք հանգեցրին ապրիլյան պատերազմին։ Ի թիվս այլ պատճառների, Ադրբեջանում բավական մեծ տարածում ստացած հայատյացությունը պետք է մատնանշվի։

«Մեր գործընկերների հետ աշխատանքում պետք է մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնենք այդ հանգամանքին»,- նշեց ԱՀ ՄԻՊ-ը։

Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակը ադրբեջանցիների կողմից հայկական կողմի զինվորներին խոշտանգելու վերաբերյալ նոր փաստեր էր հավաքել, որոնք զեկույցների տեսքով ներկայացվել էին միջազգային կառույցներ։ Խոսելով այս մասին՝ Ռուբեն Մելիքյանն ասաց, որ իրենք աշխատում են նաև այլ փաստեր և զեկույցներ միջազգային ատյաններին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։ Նրա պնդմամբ՝ իրականացվում են տարբեր ձևաչափերով հանդիպումներ, այցելություններ։ Մելիքյանը վստահեցրեց, որ իրենք շարունակում են գործունեություն ծավալել, նոր ար դյունքների դեպքում անպայման կտեղեկացնեն հանրությանը։
