9/47 ընտրատեղամասը թե տեղական, թե միջազգային դիտորդների պակաս չի զգում

Երևանի Խուլ ու համրերի կենտրոնում տեղակայված 9/47 ընտրատեղամասում առավոտյան ժամը 10:00-ի դրությամբ քվեարկել է 80 քաղաքացի: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ընտրատեղամասային հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արա Կիլիչյանը նշեց, որ ընտրողների փոքր-ինչ պասիվություն է նկատվում: «Քանի որ կիրակի օր է, օրն էլ դեռ նոր է բա ցվել, հետևաբար ընտրողները փոքր-ինչ պասիվ են: Մեր ընտրատեղամասում գրանցված է 1795 ընտրող, որից դեռ 80-ն է իր քաղաքացիական պարտքը կատարել, փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ քվեարկողների շրջանում ակտիվություն նկատվում է ժամը 12:00-ից: Ասեմ, որ մինչև այժմ քվեարկությունն անցել է բնականոն հունով, որևէ խնդիր չի եղել»,-ասաց Արա Կիլիչյանը:
Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը նշեց, որ իրենց ընտրատեղամասը դիտորդների պակաս չի զգում, վաղ առավոտից արդեն եկել են թե տեղական, թե միջազգային դիտորդներ, մասնավորապես, Խորվաթիայից, Գերմանիայից, Ռումինիայից, Ռուսաստանից: Ընտրատեղամասում մեր գտնվելու պահին ներկա էր տեղական դիտորդ Հայկ Մարությանը (Կարգին Հայկո), ով նշեց, որ իր դիտարկմամբ որոշ խախտումներ կան: Մասնավորապես, քվեախցիկների անմիջապես հետևի պատի մի հատվածում կա փոքրիկ պատուհան: Հայկ Մարությանը նշեց, որ այդտեղից հնարավոր է հետևել թե քաղաքացին ում օգտին է քվեարկում: Դրանից բացի, Հայկ Մարութ յանն ավելացրեց, տեղամասում առկա տեսախցիկը տեղադրված է անմիջապես քվեախցիկների վերևում, ինչն անթույլատրելի է: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը շատ արագ արձագանքեց դիտարկմանը, նշեց, որ դրանք տեխնիկական հարցեր են և հանձնարարեց շտապ կարգավորել:
Հայաստանում Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունների քվեարկությունը սկսվեց առավոտյան ժամը 8:00-ին: Բացվեցին հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում ձևավորված 13 ընտրատարածքների 2009 տեղամասերը: Քվեարկությունը կավարտվի երեկոյան ժամը 20:00-ին, որից հետո կսկսվի ձայների հաշվարկը:
Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար առաջադրվել է 9 քաղաքական ուժ` Հայաստանի Հանրապետական, «Հայկական վերածնունդ», «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ», «Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն», Հայաստանի Կոմունիստական կուսակցությունները, ինչպես նաև «Ելք», «Ծառուկյան», «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» և «Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ» դաշինքները:
