ԱՀ ՊԲ զորամասի հատուկ նշանակության վաշտի 1-ին հատուկ նշանակության ջոկի հրամանատար, ավագ սերժանտ (պայմանագրային) Նվեր Սարոյի Սիմոնյանն ընդամենը 25 տարեկան էր: Նրա բազմաթիվ շքանշաններն ապացույցն են նրա խիզախության ու նվիրվածության: Նվերը ԱՀ Հադրութ քաղաքից էր: Մեծանալով ընտանիքում, որտեղ պատմում ու անընդհատ խոսում էին Արցախյան պատերազմից, ինչպես նաև աչքի առաջ ունենալով վիրավոր հորը՝ երեք եղբայները դարձան հայոց բանակի նվիրյալներ: Ապրիլի 2-ին Նվերը և իր երկու եղբայրները մեջք-մեջքի պայքարել են մեր սահմանների համար Արցախում՝ թույլ չտալով, որ թշնամին ոտքը դնի հայոց հողին: Նրա համար ճակատագրական եղավ ապրիլյան չորրորդ օրը: Առավոտյան, երբ թշնամու կողմից գրաված դիրքերում գտնվող զրահատեխնիկան անհրաժեշտ էր ոչնչացնել, Նվերը, հանձն առնելով գործը, ոչնչացնում է երկու տանկ: Տեղեկացված լինելով, որ թշնամին ֆիքսել է իր գտնվելու վայրը, չի նահանջում և փորձում է խոցել երրորդ տանկը, երբ ականանետի պայթյունից ստանում է բեկորային վնասվածք գլխի և որովայնի շրջանում: Նվերը մահանում է փոքր եղբոր գրկում, ով անտեսելով, որ գտնվում են բաց տեսադաշտում` թշնամու կրակահերթի տակ օգնության է վազում, բայց եղբորն օգնելու բոլոր ջանքերն ապարդյուն էին․ վերքը մահացու էր: Նվերը իր ծառայության ընթացքում պարգևատրվել է «Քաջարի մարտիկ» , «Հայոց բանակի գերազանցիկ», «ՀՀ ԶՈՒ լավագույն զինվոր-մարզիկ» շքանշաններով: Ինչպես նաև ԱՀ Նախագահի 2015թ. հրամանագրով պարգևատրվել է «Մարտական ծառայություն» մեդալով: ԱՀ պետական սահմանը պաշտպանելիս ցուցաբերած արիության համար ԱՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով` ԱՀ ՊԲ հետախույզ դիպուկահար, ավագ սերժանտ (պայմանագրային) Նվեր Սարոյի Սիմոնյանը հետմահու պարգևատրվել է «Մարտական ծառայություն» մեդալով:
