Մեզ համար սովորական մթերքը կարող է իրականում այն չլինել, ինչ մենք ենք սպասում։ Տարբեր մթերքներն այնպես են կեղծում, որ շատ դժվար է դառնում դրանք իրականից տարբերակելը։

Աղացած սուրճ
Շատ հաճախ աղացած սուրճի հետ այլ իրեր են խառնում, որպեսզի դրա քաշն ավելանա՝ օրինակ՝ ճյուղեր, հացահատիկ և այլն։ Կեղծիքից խուսափելու համար հատիկավոր սուրճ գնեք ու ինքներդ աղացեք։
Նռան հյութ
Եթե կարծում եք, որ նռան հյութ գնելով 100%-անոց նռան հյութ եք գնում, ապա սխալվում եք։ Այն սովորաբար խառնում են խնձորի կամ այլ էժանագին հյութի հետ։ Կեղծ հյութ գնելուց խուսափելու համար ուշադիր կարդացեք պիտակին գրվածը։
Ձիթապտղի յուղ
Պատահում է, որ թանկարժեք ձիթապտղի յուղի փոխարեն այլ էժանագին յուղ է լինում։ Ստուգելու համար լցրեք թափանցիկ բաժակի մեջ ու դրեք սառնարանը։ Իրական ձիթապտղի յուղը պետք է նստվածք թողնի։
Պարմեզան
Սա ամենահաճախ կեղծվող պանիրն է։ Դրա մեջ կարող են փայտի թեփուկներ ու այլ էժանագին պանիրներ լինել։ Խուսափելու համար ամբողջական պանիրը գնեք ու կարդացեք պիտակը։
Մեղր
Մեղրը շատ հաճախ են կեղծում, սովորաբար դա լուծում են ֆրուկտոզա պարունակող այլ նյութերի հետ։ Ստուգելու համար կարդացեք պահպանման կանոնները՝ բնական մեղրը պետք չէ սառնարանում պահել։
Սուշի
Եթե սիրում եք սաղմոնով սուշի, ապա պետք է իմանաք, որ սաղմոնը ևս կեղծվում է։ Դրա փոխարեն կարող է լինել մեկ այլ ներկված ձուկ։ Խուսափելու համար սաղմոնի ամբողջական կտոր պատվիրեք։
Բրինձ
Բրինձն ամենահաճախ կեղծվող ու ամենավտանգավոր մթերքն է։ Դրա հետ պլաստիկ նյութեր են խառնում, որոնք վտանգավոր են առողջության համար։ Ստուգելու համար բրինձը լցրեք ջրի մեջ։ Կեղծ բրինձը չի սուզվում ու մնում է ջրի մակերևույթին։
