ՊՆ-ն պարզաբանում է տարածել զինվորականների ուղղորդված քվեարկության վերաբերյալ

 Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը, հաշվի առնելով զինվորականների քվեարկությունների վերաբերյալ ահազանգերը, հորդորել է զինծառայողների քվեարկության հետ կապված խնդիրների դեպքում զանգահարել ՊՆ «Թեժ գծի» 1-28 հեռախոսահամարին: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է ՊՆ հայտարարությունը:

«ՀՀ ԱԺ 2017թ. ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցությունների դաշինքներից մեկի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնը ահազանգ է տարածել թիվ 14/20 ընտրական տեղամասում զինվորականների ուղղորդված քվեարկության վերաբերյալ:

Մեկ այլ դաշինքի վստահված անձինք էլ թիվ 34/38 ընտրատեղամասում արձանագրել են «զինծառայողների շարունակական կուտակումներ»:

ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող զինծառայողները ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով մասնակցում են ՀՀ ԱԺ 2017թ. ընտրություններին, և ընտրություններին զինծառայողների մասնակցությունն ապահովելու համար իրականացվում են զորամասերի մշտական տեղակայման վայրերից զինծառայողներին ընտրատեղամասեր փոխադրելու, ընտրական գործընթացը կազմակերպված անցկացնելու աշխատանքներ:

Թիվ 14/20 ընտրական տեղամասում նշված դաշինքի ներկայացուցչի արձանագրած «միջադեպը» կապված է եղել ընտրողների ցուցակում քվեարկությանը մասնակցող զինծառայողներից մեկի անվան դիմաց արդեն կատարված գրառման հետ: Նշված դաշինքի ներկայացուցչի կասկածն է հարուցել նաև տվյալ զինծառայողի անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի` զինվորական գրքույկի ճշտությունը: Ընտրական տեղամասի հանձնաժողովի և ժամկետային զինծառայողներին ուղեկցող սպայի կողմից կատարվել է ճշտում, և զինծառայողին թույլատրվել է մասնակցել քվեարկությանը:

Զինծառայողների քվեարկության հետ կապված խնդիրներ առաջանալու դեպքում խնդրում ենք զանգահարել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության «Թեժ գծի» 1-28 անվճար հեռախոսահամարին»:
