Ժամը 17:00-ի դրությամբ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քվեարկությանը մասնակցել է 1 մլն 317 հազար 936 քաղաքացի կամ քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիների 50,93 տոկոսը: Այս մասին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում ասել է ԿԸՀ քարտուղար Արմեն Սմբատյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, Երեւանում ժամը 17-ի դրությամբ քվեարկել է ընտրողների 49,06 տոկոսը (414 906), Գյումրիում՝  39,68 տոկոսը (49601), Վանաձորում՝ 45,99 տոկոսը (44227)։

2012 թվականի ընտրությունների համեմատ այս ժամի դրությամբ ընտրողների մասնակցությունը եղելէ 51,5 տոկոս։

Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 2-ին Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են ընթանում։ 2015թ. դեկտեմբերին կայացած հանրաքվեով ընդունված Սահմանադրությամբ Հայաստանի 6-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողով են անցնելու առնվազն 105 պատգամավորներ (նրանցից 4-ը՝ ազգային փոքրամասնություններին տրվող հատուկ քվոտաներով)։

Ընտրություններին մասնակցում են 5 կուսակցություններ եւ 4 դաշինքներ։ Խորհրդարան անցնելու համար կուսակցություններին անհրաժեշտ է ստանալ ընտրողների քվեների 5 տոկոսը, դաշինքներին՝ 7 տոկոսը։
