Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 2-ին, ժամը 18:00-ի դրությամբ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության աշխատանքային խումբն ուսումնասիրել է քվեարկության ընթացքում ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ 1317 հրապարակում:
Դատախազությունից հայտնում են, որ դրանց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը վերաբերում են քվեարկության գործընթացի կազմակերպման տեխնիկական, քվեարկության սենյակների կահավորման, սարքավորումների գործարկման, տեղամասերում հերթերի առաջացման, քվեախցիկների տեղադրման, տեսանկարահանող սարքերի խափանման, կամ քվեարկության կազմակերպմանը վերաբերող տեխնիկական բնույթի այլ խնդիրներին, որոնք իրենց բովանդակությամբ արդեն իսկ առերեւույթ ընտրական բնույթի հանցագործության հատկանիշներ չեն պարունակում:
Ուսումնասիրված հրապարակումներից 226-ն են իրենց մեջ առերեւույթ ընտրական բնույթի հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակել: Այդ 226 հաղորդումներում նշված հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով դրանք ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության եւ քննչական կոմիտեի տարածքային բաժիններ՝ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 180-181-րդ հոդվածների կարգով նյութ նախապատրաստելու կամ ստուգողական գործողություններ կատարելու:
Նշված 226 հաղորդումներից 82-ը վերաբերել են այլ անձի փոխարեն կամ կրկին անգամ քվեարկելու դեպքերին, 43-ը՝ քվեարկության գաղտնիության խախտմանը, 28 քաղաքացու ընտրական իրավունքի ազատ իրականացմանը, ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցչի, վստահված անձի, դիտորդի, հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքային գործուներությանը խոչնդոտելուն, 64 ընտրողի կամքի ազատ իրականացմանը խոչնդոտելուն, 9-ը՝ ընտրակաշառք տալուն:
