2/53 ընտրատեղամասում դիտորդներն արձանագրել են դրսից բերված գրիչով քվեարկության դեպքեր

Երեւանի թիվ 2 ընտրատարածքի 2/53 ընտրատեղամասում (Նոր Նորք համայնք, նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություն) 17:30-ի դրությամբ 1515 ընտրողից 800-ն արդեն կատարել է իր ընտրությունը։ Նրանցից 27-ին քվեարկության ընթացքում ցուցաբերվել է օգնություն։ «Իրավունք Եվրոպա միավորում» կազմակերպության դիտորդ Սերգեյ Ալեքսանյանը, որը 10:30-ից ընտրատեղամասում է, փաստում է, որ կուտակումներ շատ են եղել և անգամ 2 ինքնասոսնձվող դրոշմանիշ է պոկվել, որոնք, հետո փոխարինվել են։ Նույն կազմակերպության դիտորդ Հայկ Աղվանյանի խոսքերով՝ հինգ քաղաքացի դրսից բերված նույն բաց կապույտ գրիչով են քվեարկել․«Վերջին ընտրողը, որը ևս նույն՝ դրսից բերված գրիչով էր քվեարկում, գրիչը խուճապահար թողնելով ընտրատեղամասում՝ շտապ հեռացավ»:
«Իրավունք Եվրոպա միավորում»-ի դիտորդները փաստում են, որ «Հայք»-ի դիտորդ Ա․ Թամազյանը, ստանձնելով հանձնաժողովի անդամների պարտականությունը, հսկում է ընտրատեղամասում և դրսից էլ շատերին ուղղորդում է տեղամաս։ Վերջիններս հավելում են նաև, որ շատ են եղել գրիչների փոխվելու, չգրելու դեպքերը։
«Կոնգրես- ՀԺԿ» կուսակցության վստահված անձ Մաքերթումյան Հարմիկը ևս նշում է դրսից բերված գրիչների մասին և հավելում, որ դրա վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն չի կազմվել։ Վերջինիս խոսքերով՝ ընտրատեղամասում գրանցվել է նաև դեպք, երբ 2 անձ, ներկայանալով ամուսիններ, մեկը ստորագրել է մյուսի փոխարեն։ «Ամուսիններ ներկայացած անձինք պատճառաբանել են, թե փոխադարձ համաձայնություն կա։ Այս մասին ևս արձանագրություն չի կազմվել»,- նշում է Հարմիկ Մաքերթումյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ թիվ 2 ընտրատարածքում թեկնածություն են առաջադրել Զարուհի Բաթոյանը և Կարեն Չիլինգարյանը՝ «Ելք» դաշինքից, Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը՝ «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցությունից, Միհրան Պողոսյանը և Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանը՝ ՀՀԿ-ից։
