Ի՞նչ ընտրախախտումներ եւ կասկածելի գործողություններ է արձանագրել «Ելք» դաշինքը

Ժամը 14։00-ից 19:00 րոպեին «Ելք» դաշինքի վստահված անձինք արձանագրել են հետեւալ ընտրախախտումները եւ կասկածելի գործողությունները։
• 7/42 ընտրատեղամասում (թիվ 3 ընտրատարածք, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա) քաշքշել հեռացրել են ԵԼՔ դաշինքի վստահված անձին։
• 25/11 Ընտրատեղամասում (թիվ 9 ընտրատարածք, Լոռու մարզ, Կաթնառատ) անհետացել է կնիքը։ Վստահված անձի պահանջով ոստիակնություն են կանչել։
• 24/01 ընտրատեղամասում (թիվ 9 ընտրատարածք, Լոռու մարզ, Գուգարք) ընտրողները քվեախցիկից դուրս են եկել քվեաթերթիկն առանց ծրարի մեջ դնելու եւ խախտել քվեարկոթյան գաղտնիությունը։
• 9/16 ընտրատեղամասում (թիվ )ՀՀԿ-ի դիտորդ Մինասյան Լարիսան ուղղորդել է մարդկանց, զանգերի միջոցով հիշեցրել ՀՀԿ-ի քվեաթերթիկի համարը։ Նա նաեւ դիմավորել է ընտրողներին ուղղորդել նրանց, վերահսկել քվեարկությունը եւ ճանապարհել:
• 7/49 ընտրատեղամասի (թիվ 3 ընտրատարածք, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա) հանձնաժողովի քարտուղարը հրաժարվում է կազմել արձանագրություն առ այն, որ հավելյալ քվեաթերթիկներով արկղը դուրս են տարել տարածքից եւ հետ բերել։
• 17/03, 17/04, 17/05 (Թիվ 7 ընտրատարածք, Արագածոտն, Աշտարակ) ընտրատեղամասերը հոսանքազրկվել են։
• 33/15 ընտրատեղամասում (թիվ 11 ընտրատարածք, Շիրակի մարզ, Արեւշատ) ՀՀԿ-ի վստահված անձը ստուգում է բոլորի քվեարկությունները՝ բացելով ծրարները։ Միայն ՀՀԿ-ին քվեարկած ընտրողներին թողնում է ծրարը գցել քվեատուփի մեջ։
• 13/18 ընտրատեղամասում (թիվ 5 ընտրատարածք, Արարատ, Սիսավան) համայնքի ղեկավարի եղբոր տղան փորձել է 3-րդ անգամ է քվեարկել։ Հանձնաժողովիննախագահըհրաժարվել է արձանագրություն կազմել։
• 21/29 ընտրատեղամասում (թիվ 8 ընտրատարածք, Գեղարքունիքի մարզ, Զոլաքար) «Մարտունու կանանց համայնքային խորհուրդ» ՀԿ-ի մեկ այլ դիտորդ ծեծի է ենթարկվել ու հեռացվել է տեղամասից:
• 4/26 եւ 4/35 ընտրատեղամասերում (թիվ 2 ընտրատարածք, Արաբկիր) կանխվել է կրկնաքվեարկության երկու փորձ։ Կազմվել է արձանագրություն։
«Անկախ դիտորդի» ներկայացուցիչը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սեւան քաղաքի թիվ 20/53 տեղամասում արձանագրել է, որ անհայտ անձը մի խումբ զինվորական ծառայողների ուղեկցել է քվեարկության սենյակ, ապա ողջ ընթացքում գտնվել տեղամասում եւ տեղամասի շրջակայքում:
