Ուզում եմ վստահություն հայտնել, որ ընտրության երկրորդ փուլը՝ ձայների հաշվարկը, կանցնի նույնքան թափանցիկ, արժանահավատ, օբյեկտիվ ու ազատ, որքան եղել է բուն ընտրարշավը: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀԿ շտաբի պետ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

Վերջինս նշեց, թե ընտրության ընթացքում քաղաքական բոլոր ուժերը դրսևորել են զսպվածություն:

Այս պահին, Աշոտյանի խոսքով, սկսվել է ընտրությունների ամփոփման աշխատանք, ՀՀԿ կենտրոնական շտաբում են երկրի ղեկավարը, կառավարության ղեկավարը, ԳՄ բազմաթիվ անդամներ, համակիրներ:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հետընտրական հնարավոր զարգացումներին, ապա Արմեն Աշոտյանն ասաց, թե հիմնական ուժերն այն կարծիքին են, որ չեն կարող լինել հետընտրական զարգացումներ, եթե դրանց համար չլինի պարարտ հող, այսինքն՝ ընտրախախտումների, ընտրողների կամքի աղավաղման այնպիսի պայմաններ, որոնք կարող են ընտրությունների արդյունքի օբյեկտիվության հիմք տալ:

«Փաստենք, որ այս ընտրություններում շնորհիվ նոր մեխանիզմների, քաղաքականության մեջ տեխնոլոգիական հեղափոխության, մենք կարողացանք վերջ դնել այնպիսի ընտրախախտումներին, ինչպիսին են կարուսելը, ուրիշի փոխարեն քվեարկելը, կրկնաքվեարկությունը: Վստահ եմ, որ բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը, որոնց համար Հայաստանը թանկ է, Հայաստանի քաղաքացու ձայնը նրանց համար արժեք է՝ անկախ նրանից թե ում է ընտրել, գեղեցիկ է թե տգեղ, շքեղ է հագնված, թե ոչ, ՀՀԿ-ին է ընտրել, թե Կոմունիստներին»,- նշեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

ՀՀԿ շտաբի պետն ասաց, որ անկախ ամեն ինչից այսօր միասին արձանագրում ենք համազգային, համապետական հաղթանակ: «Մենք ունենալու ենք ավելի ժողովրդավար, ավելի ուժեղ»,- հավելեց Աշոտյանը:
