Կողբում փորձում էին ընտրատեղամասի փակվելուց հետո ներսում գտնվող մոտ 120 զինվորներին թույլ տալ ընտրել
POLITICSՏավուշի մարզի Կողբ համայնքի 37/14 ընտրատեղամասում ժամը 20:00-ից հետո տեղամասի դուռը փակել ու ընտրել չհասցրած շուրջ 100-120 զինվորի ցանկանում էին թույլ տալ մասնակցել ընտրություններին:
Ժամը 19:45-ի սահմաններում «Հետք»-ի լրագրողին ահազանգեցին ընտրատեղամասում գտնվող հանձնաժողովի անդամներից ու վստահված անձանցից ոմանք` հայտնելով, որ ընտրությունների ավարտից 15 րոպե առաջ հարյուրից ավելի զինվորներ չեն հասցրել ընտրել և հանձնաժողովը պատրաստվում է նրանց բոլորին ներս թողնել:
Երբ լրագրողը հասավ ընտրատեղամաս` մոտ ժամը 20:05-ի սահմաններում, ընտրատեղամասն արդեն փակ էր, իսկ 100-ից ավելի զինվորները` ներսում:`
Երբ սկսեցինք ֆիքսել ընտրատեղամասում զինվորիների կուտակումը, հանձնաժողովի նախագահը Աշոտ Հարությունյանն ինչ-որ հեռախոսազրույց ունեցավ, ապա հայտարարեց, որ ընտրատեղամասում պետք է 15 զինվորներ մնան ներսում և քվեարկեն, իսկ մյուսները`լքեն ընտրատեղամասը:
Հարությունյանը մի քանի անգամ հրաժարվեց դեպքի վերաբերյալ որևէ պարզաբանում տալ՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե զբաղված է, ապա՝ ցանկանում էր խոսել, երբ տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամ Վարդան Ազատյանը սաստեց նրան՝ ասելով, թե վերջինս պետք է իր գործով զբաղվի, որպեսզի սկսեն հաշվման գործընթացը:
ՕՐՕ դաշինքի վստահված անձ Ինեսսա Ասատրյանը «Հետք»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ զինվորների հոսքը դեպի ընտրատեղամաս սկսվել է մոտ ժամը 19:50-ի սահմաններում:
«Մենք կանգնեցինք, որպեսզի թույլ չտանք, ասացինք, որ սա օրենքի խախտում է, իսկ զինվորներն այս ընթացքում ներս էին մտել, և հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Հարությունյանն ասում էր, որ օրենքով ժամը 20:00-ին ընտրատեղամասում գտնվող բոլոր անձանց պիտի հնարավորություն տրվի ընտրելու»,- ասաց Ասատրյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ ընտրատեղամասում միաժամանակ կարող են գտնվել ոչ թե 100-120, այլ 15 ընտրող:
Նշենք, որ ընտրատեղամասում էր նաև Խաչատուր Գուլոյանը, ում՝ ընտրատեղամասում գտնվելու և զինվորների վրա որոշակի ազդեցություն ունենալու մասին բարձրաձայնել էր ՀԱԿ-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի անդամ Գուրգեն Ասատրյանը: Նա պարբերաբար պահանջում էր չնկարել իրեն:
