Հայաստանի Հանրապետության nախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության nախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը շնորհավորական ուղերձներ են փոխանակել ՀՀ եւ ՌԴ միջեւ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:

ՀՀ նախագահի մամուլի գրասենյակից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ՌԴ Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ուղղված՝ nախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձում մասնավորապես ասված է.

«Հարգելի՛ Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրի,

Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջեւ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:

Հայ-ռուսական բարեկամության, եղբայրության եւ փոխադարձ աջակցության բազմադարյա հարաբերությունների պատմության մեջ այս նշանակալի իրադարձությունը բացեց որակապես նոր փուլ, դրեց Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ դաշնակցային ռազմավարական գործընկերության հիմքը:

Չափազանց կարեւոր է, որ երկկողմ համագործակցության հետագա ամրապնդման քաղաքականությունը մեծ աջակցություն է վայելում մեր երկրների հասարակությունների կողմից, իսկ Ձեզ հետ հանդիպումներում վստահության եւ փոխըմբռնման մթնոլորտը թույլ է տալիս ընդունել եւ իրագործել իսկական դաշնակցային ոգուն բնորոշ որոշումներ:

Այսօր Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի միջեւ հարաբերությունները գտնվում են ամենաբարձր մակարդակի վրա, աչքի են ընկնում ակտիվ քաղաքական երկխոսությամբ, տարածաշրջանային եւ միջազգային հարթակներում քայլերի արդյունավետ կոորդինացմամբ, հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության եւ անվտանգության ապահովման համատեղ ջանքերով:

Մենք կայացրել ենք կարեւոր որոշումներ տնտեսության, հումանիտար եւ այլ ոլորտներում համատեղ նախագծերի առաջմղման ուղղությամբ, թափ են առնում միջխորհրդարանական եւ միջտարածաշրջանային կապերը:

Ռուսաստանը եւ Հայաստանը ծանրակշիռ ներդրում են ունենում եվրասիական ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ԱՊՀ-ի, այլ բազմակողմ կառույցների շրջանակներում համագործակցության ամրապնդման գործում:

Այս ամենն աներկբա վստահություն է ներշնչում, որ հսկայական ներուժ ունեցող հայ-ռուսական բազմաբնույթ համագործակցությունը մեր համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ հետագայում եւս կշարունակի խորանալ՝ ներառելով արգասաբեր փոխգործակցության նորանոր բնագավառներ, ինչը, անկասկած, համապատասխանում է Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի ժողովուրդների շահերին եւ իղձերին:

Հարգելի՛ Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրի, անկեղծորեն մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն, հաջողություններ Ձեր գործունեության մեջ, իսկ Ռուսաստանի եղբայրական ժողովրդին՝ բարօրություն եւ բարգավաճում»:
