Համացանցի դերը մեծ էր հատկապես նախընտրական քարոզչության շրջանում

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընտրողների գրանցումն իրականացնող նոր տեխնիկական սարքավորումներն օգնեցին զերծ մնալ ընտրակեղծիքներից, սակայն դրանք, այնուամենայնիվ, չբացառվեցին: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց «Ինտերնետ հանրություն» ՀԿ փոխնախագահ Գրիգոր Սաղյանը: Նրա խոսքով` համացանցի միջոցով քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն ունեցան հետեւել, թե ինչ է կատարվում տարբեր ընտրատեղամասերում: «Այստեղ եւս եղան խախտումներ: Հաճախ տեսախցիկը ցույց էր տալիս ոչ ճիշտ ընտրատեղամաս»,- ասաց նա:
Սաղյանը նշեց, որ այս ընտրություններն առավել աչքի ընկան բոլոր ընտրատեղամասերում տարօրինակ արտաքինով մարդկանց ներկայությամբ, որոնք ուղղորդում էին ընտրողներին` ընտրություն կատարելու հարցում: «Ընտրություններին կուտակումները հիմնականում պայմանավորված էին նրանով, որ մարդկանց խմբերով էին բերում ընտրության»,-նշեց բանախոսը՝ հավելելով, որ շատ ճիշտ կլինի, եթե մարդիկ հնարավորություն ունենան քվեարկել էլեկտրոնային նույնականացման քարտով՝ առանց տեղամասեր այցելելու:
Անդրադառնալով նախընտրական քարոզչության ընթացքում համացանցի դերին, Սաղյանն ասաց, որ քաղաքական բոլոր ուժերը բավական ակտիվ էին համացանցում, ինչը չէր կարելի ասել անձնական շփումների պարագայում:
