«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Բանից պարզվում է՝ «Դոլոյթ եւ Տուշ» խորհրդատվական ընկերությունը, որը եզրակացություն է հրապարակել այն մասին, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը բարձրացնելու ՀԾԿՀ որոշումը հիմնավորված էր, այդ գործի համար 230 հազար դոլար է ստացել (կամ՝ մի մասը նոր պիտի ստանա):
«ՉԻ» - Այդ ընկերության հրապարակած եզրակացությունը կարելի է ամփոփել մի նախադասությամբ. «լավ են արել՝ թանկացրել են»: Ուղիղ 20 տառ եւ 230 հազար դոլար: Ստացվում է տառը 11,5 հազար դոլար:
Համաձայնվեք՝ Հայաստանի համար մի քիչ թանկ է: Չնայած՝ էլի խղճով են մոտցել: Կարող էին 230 հազար դոլարով գրել ընդամենը 10 տառ՝ «ձեզի հասնում ա», ու այդ դեպքում կստացվեր տառը 23 հազար դոլար: Համ էլ եզրակացությունը շատ ավելի ճշգրտորեն կարտացոլեր ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
Մի խոսքով՝ էլի լավ պրծանք: Մնում է հուսալ, որ այդ 230 հազար դոլարը չի ներառվի էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի մեջ, եւ դրանից օգտվելով՝ հոսանքը եւս մի 2-3 դրամով չեն թանկացնի»:
