ՀԷՑ-ում աուդիտը դեռ չի էլ սկսվել. Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը «վռազել է»

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Չնայած Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերում դեռ աուդիտը չի էլ սկսվել, վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, հիմնվելով Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի աուդիտի վրա, այսօր հայտարարել է, թե էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացումը հիմնավորված է։ «Այսպիսով, կարող ենք փաստել, որ սակագները հիմնավորված են, եւ դրանց փոփոխության անհրաժեշտությունը չկա»,- ասել է Աբրահամյանը։

Առնվազն հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչն են քննարկել վարչապետն ու նախագահը, երբ ՀԷՑ-ի աուդիտի արդյունքները չկան։ Նույն Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանրությանը խոստացավ, որ աուդիտ կլինի ՀԷՑ-ում, ոչ թե ՀԾԿՀ-ում։ Դժվար է կասկածել, որ ՀԷՑ-ը կարող էր իրեն ձեռնտու տվյալներ ներկայացնել ՀԾԿՀ-ին։ Ի դեպ՝ մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀԾԿՀ-ում աուդիտ անցկացրած «Դելոյթ եւ Տուշ ԱՊՀ» ընկերությունը ռուսական ընկերություն է, գրանցված է ՌԴ-ում։ ՀԷՑ մամուլի խոսնակ Նատալիա Սարջանյանն այսօր մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ ՀԷՑ-ում աուդիտի առթիվ մրցույթը երեկ է ավարտվել եւ բացվել ու ուսումնասիրվում են առաջարկների փաթեթները։ Այսօր կամ վաղը հայտնի կդառնա հաղթող աուդիտորական ընկերության անունը։

Մեր հարցին, թե ՀԾԿՀ-ում անցկացված աուդիտը կարո՞ղ է համարժեք լինել ՀԷՑ-ում անցկացվելիք աուդիտին, ՀԷՑ-ի մամուլի խոսնակն ասաց. «Հանրային ծառայություններում անցկացված աուդիտը մի բան է, մեր մոտ անցկացվող աուդիտը ուրիշ բան է։ Դրանք տարբեր բաներ են։ Ընդհանուրն այն է, որ իրենց աուդիտն էլ է անդրադարձել ՀԷՑ-ի ծախսերին եւ այլն»։

«Թրաստ աուդիտ» աուդիտորական ընկերության աուդիտոր Հայկ Մարգարյանը կարծում է, որ վարչապետը շտապել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման հիմնավորման մասին հայտարարություն անել»:
