Դերասանուհի Շողեր Թովմասյանը հայտնվել է սկանդալի կիզակետում: Երեկ նա ուղիղ եթեր էր մտել Թիֆլիսի ակումբներից մեկից, ինչն էլ շատերի մոտ զայրույթ է առաջացրել: Օգտատերերից մեկն էլ մեկնաբանություն էր գրել. «Ողբամ քեզ, հայ ժողովուրդ, գոնե ոչ այսօր, ոչ այսպես մասսայական»: Այսօր արդեն մամուլում Շողերին քննադատող հոդվածներ են հայտվել: BlogNews.am-ի հետ զրույցում Շողերը մենկաբանում է իր մասնակցությամբ միջադեպը. «Երեկ գնացել էի Թբիլիսի` ինձ հարազատ մարդկանցից մեկի տարեդարձին։ Ընկերուհուս պատմեցի, որ ապրիլի 2-ը քառօրյա պատերազմի տարելիցն է, որի ժամանակ էլ շատ տղաներ են զոհվել: Նա էլ որոշեց Անատոլի Դնեպրովի «Արմենիա» երգը պատվիրել տղաների համար: Իմ սխալն էր, որ ուղիղ եթեր մտա: Օգտատերերից մեկը գրել էր «Ողբամ քեզ հայ ժողովուրդ, գոնե ոչ այսօր, ոչ այսպես մասսայական», ինչին ի պատասխան ես ոչ թե ասել եմ՝ «Ողբամ ձեզ, պատերազմ էր, անցավ, գնաց», այլ պատասխանել եմ՝ «Մենք շատ են ողբացել, որովհետև սա էլ անցավ, և տա աստված, որ մենք այլևս պատերազմ չունենանք»:

Հրապարակման մեջ նշված էր, որ դերասանուհին ոչ սթափ վիճակում է եղել, ինչին ի պատասխան նշում է. «Իհարկե, ես սթափ եմ եղել, ես երբեք ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ ինձ անլուրջ չեմ պահում: Իմ երկրպագուներն ինձ հաճախ են գրում, որ ուղիղ եթեր մտնեմ և ես էլ չեմ կարող նրանց նեղացնել, քանի որ նրանք են քո կինոն, քո խաղը գնահատողները: Հաճախ էլ մտնում եմ այն պատճառով, որ ինձ չասոցիացնեն իմ բացասական դերերի հետ»:

Դերասանուհի նաև նշում է, որ պետք չէ Գրիշային խառնել այս ամենին: «Անկախ նրանից, որ Գրիշան իմ ամուսինն է, մարդիկ տարբեր են: Նա այդ ժամանակ չի գտնվել իմ կողքին: Որպես եզրափակում պարզապես ներողություն եմ խնդրում այն մարդկանցից, ովքեր այս ամենը սխալ են հասկացել, ինքս էլ միտք չեմ ունեցել մարդկանց նեղացնելու և միտումնավոր ոչինչ չեմ արել»:
