Ilur.am-ը գրում է.
Երկրում, որտեղ ազգային հարստության առյուծի բաժինը օրինական, թե անօրինական ճանապարհով կուտակված է մի քանի տասնյակ ընտանիքների ձեռքում, իսկ ժողովուրդը՝ դատապարտված կատարյալ թշվառության, ընտրությունների այլ արդյունք ակնկալելը քաղաքագիտական անգրագիտություն կլիներ։ Մեզ մնում է սպասել, թե ՀՀԿ-ն, ԲՀԿ-ն, ՀՅԴ-ն ու Ելքը ինչպես են վագրի թռիչքներով զարգացնելու Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը, միլիարդավոր դոլարի ներդրումների հոսք ապահովելու, հզորացնելու Հայոց բանակը, կանխելու հարաճուն արտագաղթը եւ կարգավորելու մեր ժողովրդի առջեւ կանգնած գլխավոր խնդիրը՝ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը։
Անկախ ընտրությունների արդյունքից, սակայն, անհրաժեշտ եմ համարում կատարել հետեւյալ երկու անառարկելի արձանագրումները.
Առաջին՝ Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրեսին հաջողվեց Ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման խնդիրը դարձնել Հայաստանի քաղաքական օրակարգի հրատապ հարց, ինչը մեր հակառակորդներն անգամ չեն ժխտում.
Եւ երկրորդ՝ կարճ ժամանակում ստեղծվեց «Խաղաղություն, հաշտություն, բարիդրացիություն» նշանաբանի շուրջ ձեւավորված, թեկուզ առայժմ ոչ զանգվածային, հասարակական շարժում, որի հետագա ծավալմանը ես ամենեւին չեմ կասկածում։
Դա հավատավորների շարժում է, որը Հայաստանին եւ Ղարաբաղին սպառնացող վերահաս աղետը կանխելուց բացի, այլ նպատակ չի հետապնդում։ Եթե Խորհրդարանում ներկայացված քաղաքական ուժերն ի զորու են այդ աղետը կանխել Ղարաբաղի գոյության պահպանման եւ ոչ մի թիզ հող չզիջելու ճանապարհով, մենք միայն երախտապարտ կլինենք նրանց։
Դիմելով, արդ, Հայ Ազգային Կոնգրեսի անդամներին ու համակիրներին, հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ մեր օրակարգն ընտրությունների արդյունքներից ամենեւին չի փոխվել։ Մենք հսկայական անելիք ունենք խաղաղության գաղափարը հասարակության լայն շրջանակների հավատամքը դարձնելու ուղղությամբ։ Հայաստանի եւ Ղարաբաղի գոյության, ապահովության ու բարգավաճման այլ երաշխիք գոյություն չունի, քան հարեւանների հետ խաղաղության, հաշտության ու բարիդրացիության հաստատումը։
Խաղաղություն հիմա՛, եւ ոչ թե աղետից ու նոր, անիմաստ զոհերից հետո։ Սահմաններին զոհվող յուրաքանչյուր զինվորի արյունը այսուհետեւ նստելու է Խորհրդարանում ներկայացված քաղաքական ուժերի խղճին։
