Երկուշաբթի

Նախաճաշ. չամիչով եւ դդումով կորեկաձավարի շիլա, կանաչիով բոված հաց + թեյ:

Ճաշ. բանջարեղենային ապուր, շոգեխաշած գազար, շաղգամ եւ սոխ + սեւ սալորաչրի եւ խնձորի կոմպոտ:

Ընթրիք. հնդկաձավար (կարելի է ավելացնել մեղր եւ ձիթապտղի յուղ) + կիտրոնով թեյ:

Երեքշաբթի

Նախաճաշ. ծիրանաչրով եւ չամիչով հերկուլես, մրգային աղցան + հասմիկով թեյ:

Ճաշ. աղցան (շաղգամ, նեխուր, խնձոր), սնկապուր, բանջարեղենային ռագու + կոմպոտ:

Ընթրիք. աղցան (խնձոր, բազուկ, դդում), բրինձով տոլմա + թեյ:

Չորեքշաբթի

Նախաճաշ. բանջարեղենային աղցան, սեւ սալորաչրով բրինձի շիլա + թեյ:

Ճաշ. աղցան (խնձոր, սեւ սալորաչիր, թարմ բազուկ), ծաղկակաղամբի խյուս-ապուր, տապակած դդում + թեյ:

Ընթրիք. աղցան (շաղգամ եւ գազար), հնդկաձավար + թեյ:

Հինգշաբթի

Նախաճաշ. բնական յոգուրտով կամ հյութով մյուսլի, մրգեր + ծաղկային  թեյ:

Ճաշ. աղցան (շաղգամ, գազար), լոլիկով կորեկաձավարի ապուր, շաղգամ (ջեռոցում բոված) + կանաչ թեյ:

Ընթրիք. տապակած խնձոր + բուսական թեյ:

Ուրբաթ

Նախաճաշ. աղցան (դդում, խնձոր, մեղր), դդումով կորեկաձավար:

Ճաշ. աղցան (հում բազուկ, գազար, դդում, խնձոր, կանաչի), բանջարեղենային ապուր, դդմիկներ + կոմպոտ:

Ընթրիք. աղցան (բազուկ, լոլիկ, սխտոր), բրինձի տոլմա + թեյ:

Շաբաթ

Նախաճաշ. հերկուլես, բազուկի խավիար + մեղրով կանաչ թեյ:

Ճաշ. աղցան (գազար, կանաչի), բորշ, շոգեխաշած բանջարեղեն, բոված խնձոր (կարելի է մեղրով) + հատապտուղներով մորս:

Ընթրիք. ծովային կաղամբ, ծաղկակաղամբ (շոգեխաշած) + թեյ:

Կիրակի

Նախաճաշ. գուրեւյան բրինձի շիլա, մրգային աղցան + բուսական թեյ:

Ճաշ. աղցան (բազուկ, գազար, մաղադանոս, սխտոր), տապակած բազուկով բորշ, ծաղկակաղամբի կոտլետներ եւ հնդկաձավար + կոմպոտ:
