«Փարկինգ սիթի»-ն խաբո՞ւմ է վարորդներին

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. ««Ժողովուրդ»-ին դիմած քաղաքացիները բողոքում են «Փարկինգ սիթի» ՓԲԸ-ի կատարած վերահաշվարկներից: Բանն այն է, որ մեքենաների փոփոխության կամ վաճառքի դեպքում վճարովի ավտոկայանատեղիների համար տարեկան վճարված գումարը ընկերությունը հետ է վերադարձնում պակաս հաշվարկով: Այս եւ այլ հարցերի շուրջ «Ժողովուրդ»-ը զրուցել է «Փարկինգ սիթի սերվիս» ընկերության տնօրեն Վազգեն Հարությունյանի հետ:
Պարո՛ն Հարությունյան, «Ժողովուրդ»-ին դիմած քաղաքացիները հետաքրքրվում են` արդյոք վճարովի կայանատեղիների համար վճարված 12 հազար դրամը մեքենան վաճառելուց հետո հետ է վերադարձվո՞ւմ, թե՞ ոչ:
Օրինական ընթացակարգ կա, քանի որ քաղաքացին վճարումը կատարում է Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի բյուջե, գումարի վերադարձի կամ վերահաշվարկի համար պետք է դիմել քաղաքապետարան: Եթե մեքենան վաճառվել է, ապա գումարի մնացորդային մասը հետ է վերադարձվում: Իսկ եթե քաղաքացին մեքենան վաճառում է եւ մեկ այլ պետհամարանիշ է գրանցած լինում, ապա մնացած գումարը կարող է օգտագործել այդ պետհամարանիշի համար:
Իսկ հետ վերադաձնելու կարգն ինչպիսի՞ն է: Վճարած գումարի որքա՞ն մասն է հետ վերադարձվում:
Եթե քաղաքացին 12 հազար դրամ վճարել է եւ պահանջում է այն հետ վերադարձնել, այդ ժամանակ կատարվում է վերահաշվարկ՝ քաղաքացուն նախընտրելի ցանկացած դրույքաչափով: Օրինակ՝ եթե օգտագործել է երկու ամիս, ըստ այդմ՝ գանձվում է այդ երկու ամիսների գումարը, իսկ մյուս մասը վերադարձվում է նրան:
Բայց քաղաքացիները դժգոհում են, որ սահմանվածից քիչ գումար է հետ վերադարձվում…
Բայց ինչու քիչ գումար, մարդիկ ինչքան պարտավոր են վճարել այդքանն էլ գանձվում է: Ավել ոչինչ չի գանձվում: Ամսական տուրքը կազմում է 2000 դրամ…»:
