Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանի համար խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները սպասելի էին

Հայաստանում ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները սպասելի էին, դրանք ամենևին անակնկալ չէին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց «Կովկաս» ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը:
«Ինձ համար սպասելի էր, որ ՀՀԿ-ն կունենա մեծամասնություն, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը երկրորդ տեղում կլինի, իսկ «Ելքն» էլ կանցնի խորհրդարան: Ինձ համար անսպասելին այն էր, որ ՀՅԴ-ն իմ կանխատեսածից մեկ տոկոս ավելի ձայն ստացավ: Սպասելի էր, որ 5-րդ ուժն էլ կանցնի խորհրդարան, սակայն դա չեղավ»,-ասաց Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը:
Ի՞նչ գործոն աշխատեց, որ ՀՀԿ-ն նման մեծ թվով ձայներ հավաքեց: Հարցին ի պատասխան, Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը նշեց, որ մի քանի գործոններ աշխատեցին, սակայն նշանակալի էր վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի առկայությունը:
«ՀՀԿ-ն իրականացրեց վերաբրենդավորում, ցուցակի առաջին համարները երիտասարդներն էին, հայտնվեց նաև Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Այն դեմքերը, որոնց հասարակությունը քարոզարշավին տեսնում էր, նոր էին, օլիգարխների մեծ մասն էլ կամ ցուցակի երկրորդ հատվածում էին կամ ուղարկվեցին ԲՀԿ: Ահա այդ իմիջային աշխատանքն արդյունավետ տարվեց և դա իր արդյունքները տվեց»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:
Անդրադառնալով, ընդհանուր առմամբ, քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից իրականացրած քարոզարշավին` Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը նշեց, որ այսօր մեր հասարակության շրջանում աշխատում է «քվեարկում ենք ոչ թե սրտով, այլ ստամոքսով» սկզբունքը: Մարդիկ քվեարկում են ոչ թե գաղափարախոսության համար, այլ կամ անձով պայմանավորված, կամ պահի շահով: Հետևաբար, քաղաքական ուժերն աշխատանք են տարել այդ հարթությունում ևս:
«Պահի շահ ասելով` նկատի ունեմ փոխել շենքի մուտքի դուռը, տան պատուհանը, գյուղում ճանապարհն ասֆալտապատել և այլն: Գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերն այս ուղղությամբ աշխատել են»,-ասաց Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը:
Հայաստանում ապրիլի 2-ին անցկացվեցին Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունները:
Մասնակցելու համար առաջադրվել էին 9 քաղաքական ուժեր` Հայաստանի հանրապետական, «Հայկական վերածնունդ», «Ազատդեմոկրատներ», «Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն, Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցությունները, ինչ պես նաև «Ելք», «Ծառուկյան», «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» և «Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ» դաշինքները: Նախնականարդյունքները փաստում են, որ Ազգային ժողով մուտք գործելու անհրաժեշտ նվազագույն շեմը հաղթահարել են չորս ուժ: Առաջատարը ՀՀԿ-ն է, հաջորդում են «Ծառուկյան», «Ելք» դաշինքները, ՀՅԴ-ն:
