Վերջին 10 տարվա սկրինինգներով շուրջ 750 նորածնի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ծանր ախտաբանություն

Վերջին 10 տարվա ընթացքում սկրինինգների շրջանակում իրականացված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում շուրջ 750 նորածնի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ծանր ախտաբանություն։ Կանխելով հիվանդությունների հետագա զարգացումը` հաջողվել է խուսափել այդ երեխաների հաշմանդամությունից և մահվան հնարավոր ելքից:
Հայաստանում իրականացվում է նորածնային 5 սկրինինգ ծրագիր` բնածին հիպոթիրեոզի, ֆենիլկետոնուրիայի, լսողության բնածին խանգարումների, անհասության ռետինոպաթիայի և կոնքազդրային հոդի բնածին հոդախախտի վաղ հայտնաբերմանն ուղղված հետազոտություններ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «2005-2016թթ. 354 897 հետազոտված նորածնից 124-ի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է բնածին հիպոթիրեոզ։ Նրանք գտնվում են դիսպանսեր հսկողության ներքո և ապահովվում անվճար դեղորայքով։
2008-2016թթ. հետազոտված 236 750 նորածնից 45-ի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ֆենիլկետոնուրիա։ Այդ երեխաները պետության կողմից ապահովվում են անվճար հատուկ սննդով։ Այն կենտրոնացված գնումներով ձեռք բերելու համար տարեկան հատկացվում է շուրջ 50 մլն ՀՀ դրամ: Պետական բյուջեի միջոցներով ամբողջ հանրապետությունում իրականացվող այս երկու սկրինինգի շնորհիվ 169 երեխայի մոտ կանխվել է մտավոր խոր հետամնացության դրսևորումներով ծանր հաշմանդամությունը։
2008-2016թթ. լսողության նորածնային սկրինինգի շրջանակում հետազոտված 123 480 երեխայից 134-ի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է լսողության բնածին խանգարումներ։ Նրանց տրամադրվել է լսողական սարք կամ տեղադրվել է կոխլեար իմպլանտ։ Այս ծրագիրն իրականացվում է «Հավատ» վատ լսող երեխաների մայրերի ՀԿ-ի և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների աջակցությամբ։
Անհասության ռետինոպաթիայի սկրինինգի շրջանակում 2010-2016թթ. 4442 երեխայի մոտ կատարվել է 14.055 հետազոտություն, հայտնաբերվել է շուրջ 250 հիվանդ երեխա։ Նրանցից 177-ի մոտ կուրությունը կանխարգելվել է լազերային վիրահատության, 97-ի մոտ` դեղորայքային բուժման, իսկ 29-ի մոտ` վիտրեոռետինալ վիրահատության շնորհիվ: Սկրինիգը մինչև 2016թ. իրականացվել է Հայկական ակնաբուժական նախագծի կողմից, նորածինների 80%-ի շրջանում: 2017 թվականից սկրինինգային այս ծրագիրն ամբողջությամբ իրականացվում է պետական բյուջեի միջոցներով։
Կոնքազդրի բնածին հոդախախտի ուլտրաձայնային սկրինինգն իրականացվում է 2010 թվականից Ջինիշյան հիշատակի հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ, նորածինների 30%-ի շրջանում: 2015թ. իրականացված 7820 հետազոտվածներից 174 նորածնի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է հոդի դիսպլազիա, 22-ի մոտ` հոդախախտ: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շնորհիվ այդ փոքրիկների մոտ կանխարգելվել է կաղությունը։
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում իրականացվող ծրագրերի շրջանակում հիվանդության հայտնաբերման հաճախականությունը համընկնում է միջազգային միջինին։ Սա խոսում է սկրինինգների կազմակերպման և իրականացման բարձր արդյունավետության ու ճշգրտության մասին:
Նորածնային սկրինինգների ռեգիստրը վարվում է «Արաբկիր» ԲՀ-ԵԴԱԻ-ի կողմից։
Այս ծրագրերի շնորհիվ բազմաթիվ երեխաներ խուսափում են ֆիզիկական և մտավոր ունակությունների զարգացման խնդիրներից, կուրությունից և խլությունից, իսկ նրանց ընտանիքները` մեծ հոգսերից։
Միաժամանակ, հաշվարկները վկայում են, որ այդ հիվանդությունները ժամանակին չհայտնաբերելու և կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ չձեռնարկելու դեպքում անհրաժեշտ բուժական, խնամքի և այլ ծախսերն առնվազն 10 անգամ ավելին կլինեին, քան սկրինինգային հետազոտությունների համար կատարված միջոցներն են»։
