Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը «ստիպել է վավեր դարձնել անվավեր քվեաթերթիկները» (տեսանյութ)

Էջմիածին քաղաքի 14/20 տեղամասի վստահված անձինք պնդում են, որ 104 անվավեր քվեաթերթիկ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՅԴ ներկայացուցիչ Վարդան Մելքոնյանի պարտադրանքով վավեր է դարձվել:
«Ելք» և «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքների վստահված անձանց խոսքով՝ տեղամասում հիմնականում զինծառայողներ են ընտրությանը մասնակցել։ Եվ հենց նրանց ծրարների վրա էլ մինչև 15.00-ն դրոշմանիշ չի փակցվել։
«Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքի վստահված անձ Սուսաննա Հարությունյան․ - «Ընտրությունների ավարտից հետո դրոշմանիշ կպցնելը շատ մեծ խախտում է: Եվ միայն իմ հատուկ կարծիք գրելուց հետո առավոտյան նոր իրենք հասկացան, որ պետք է դրոշմանիշ կպցվի: Գումարները, որ մսխվել ա էս հանձնաժողովի Հանրապետական անդամների վրա․․ ավելի լավ է մի հատ տնակ առնեին Սպիտակի երկրաշարժից տուժածների համար, քան էդ գումարները տային և էս ձևով․․․ Դաշտ գյուղը ընդհանրապես դրոշմանիշ չի կպցրել»:
«Ելք» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչ Սվետլանա Գաբրիելյանը հեռախոսով նկարահանել է, թե հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ինչպես է քվեատուփից հանում քվեաթերթիկները, դրանց վրա դրոշմանիշեր ավելացնում, ապա նորից հետ գցում ու սկսում ձայների հաշվարկը․ - «Դա պնդել է նախագահը: Ճիշտ է, ոչ բոլորն էին կողմ, բայց ամեն դեպքում դա արվեց»:
14/20 տեղամասի ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը հաստատեց, որ նման բան եղել է, սակայն հավելեց՝ գործել է ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի գիտությամբ։ Ասաց՝ իր կարծիքով սա կոպիտ խախտում չի կարելի համարել․ - «Տեղի է ունեցել թյուրամացություն: Ես տեղյակ եմ պահել մեր տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովին: Հանձնաժողովը օրինականության սահմաններում նիստ ա արել և որոշել ա, որ այդ դրոշմանիշները ավելացնենք, ընդամենը 104 հատ»:
