Աղով դիմակ, որը կանխում է մազաթափությունը, օգնում է ազատվել մազերի յուղոտությունից ու թեփից

Med.tert.am-ը գրում է.

Աղով դիմակն իհարկե թույլ ու վնասված մազերի համար դարման լինել չի կարող և չի օգնի բացարձակապես բոլորին մաշկային խնդիրների դեպքում, բայց այն բավական արդյունավետ ու հասանելի միջոց է:

Մազերի աղով դիմակը կամ մազերի պիլինգը, շատ կանանց կարծիքով, ունի հետևյալ առավելությունները.

·         մի քանի անգամ օգտագործելուց հետո դադարեցնում է մազաթափությունը, 

·         օգնում է մազերի յուղոտության դեպքում՝ չորացնելով դրանք, 

·         օգնում է ազատվել թեփից:

Դիմակի պատրաստման եղանակը բավական պարզ է և շատ ժամանակ չի խլում: Անհրաժեշտ է 2 ճաշի գդալ յոդացված կամ սովորական աղը խառնել տաք ջուր այնքան, որ աղը սկսի չլուծվել: Ցանկության դեպքում դիմակին կարելի է ավելացնել նաև 2 կաթիլ եթերայուղ (նարդոսի (лаванда) թեփի դեպքում, էվկալիպտի՝ մազաթափության կամ ցիտրուսային մազարմատներն ամրացնելու համար): Դիմակը քսել չոր մազերին՝ զգուշորեն մազարմատներին քսելով ու մի փոքր մերսելով: Այս դիմակի առավելություններից մեկն այն է, որ պետք չէ որոշ ժամանակ պահել այն մազերին: Մի քանի րոպե գլուխը մերսելուց հետո անհրաժեշտ է լվանալ մազերը ջրով, այնուհետև օգտագործել շամպուն, բալզամ կամ մազերը սնուցող դիմակ: Դիմակի արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու համար կարելի է վերջում նաև դեղաբույսերի եփուկ օգտագործել:

Ե՞րբ չի կարելի օգտագործել աղով դիմակ

Աղով դիմակը հակացուցված է, եթե գլխամաշկի վրա կան վերքեր, քանի որ աղը կարող է տհաճ զգացողություններ առաջացնել: Բացի այդ, դիմակի հետևանքով վերքերն ավելի դանդաղ կապաքինվեն:

Աղով պիլինգ անելիս չի կարելի.

·         Ինտենսիվորեն տրորել գլուխը. սա առաջին կոպիտ սխալն է, ինչի հետևանքով գլխամաշկը վնասվում է: Աղով դիմակի սխալ օգտագործման արդյունքում մաշկը կարող է կարմրել և թեփոտվել:

·         Ալերգիա առաջացնող հավելյալ բաղադրիչների օգտագործումը. ցանկացած դիմակ օգտագործելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է ստուգել, թե արդյոք դրանք ալերգիա չեն առաջացնում: Ստուգելու համար կարելի է դիմակից մի փոքր քասել դաստակին: Այս դիմակը նույնպես բացառություն չի: Օգտագործման առաջին իսկ պահից առաջացած կարմրություն ու թեփը ապացույցն են այն բանի, որ դիմակը կամ դրա առանձին բաղադրիչները ձեզ համար չեն:

·         Դիմակը մազերի երկայնքով տարածելը. պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ աղն ունի չորացնելու հատկություն, ուստի աղով դիմակը նախատեսված է միայն մազարմատների համար:
