Ընտրական բեկում Հայաստանում. փակ շղթան ճեղքվել է. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Հայաստանում երեկ տեղի ունեցավ բեկումնային ընտրական միջոցառում: Այս ընտրություններն առաջին հերթին բեկումնային էին, որովհետև պետությունն անցավ խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգի: Սակայն խոսքը դրա մասին չէ:
1991 թվականի նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո առաջին անգամ ընտրությունների արդյունքները ճանաչեցին մասնակից բոլոր ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը: 1996 թվականից սկսած բոլոր ընտրություններից հետո ընդդիմությունը չի ճանաչել արդյունքները, հայտարարել է համատարած կեղծիքների մասին, հետընտրական պրոցեսներ է սկսել, որոնք երբեք որևէ արդյունքի չեն հասել:
Հետագա 5 տարիների ընթացքում կեղծված ընտրությունների և ոչ լեգիտիմ իշխանության թեման գոյության միակ իմաստ և աշխատանքի դաշտ է ապահովել ընդդիմադիր համարվող կուսակցությունների համար. և ընդամենը:
Այս անգամ այդ փակ շղթան ճեղքվել է: Ընտրություններին մասնակցած, անցողիկ շեմը հաղթահարած և չհաղթահարած կուսակցությունները, տեղական դիտորդները, միջազգային դիտորդները, սփյուռքից ժամանած դիտորդները, բոլորը ընդունում են, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքները ձևավորվել են քվեատուփերում ընտրողի ձեռքով հայտնված քվեաթերթիկներով: Այլ բան, որ նրանք վերապահում ունեն, թե ընտրողն ինչ գնով է կատարել իր ընտրությունը:
Սա արդեն ուրիշ խոսակցություն է, որը նոր փուլ է բացում Հայաստանի հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում: Բայց որպեսզի այդ խոսակցությունը մեկնարկեր, հարկավոր էր նախ դուրս գալ 21-ամյա շրջափուլից, որտեղ ամեն նոր ընտրությունից հետո կրկնվում էր հին սցենարը: Բացառությամբ իհարկե 2008-ի նախագահական ընտրությունների, որն այս իմաստով անցումային նշանակություն ունեցավ:
Առայժմ ընտրողների ոչ մեծ, բայց վաղուց արդեն հասունացած մասը մերժել է կեղծ, թույլ, մասնատված և իրեն մանիպուլյացիաների ենթարկող ընդդիմությանը: Այն փաստը, որ ընդդիմադիր ուժերից խորհրդարան է անցել միայն «Ելք» դաշինքը, սրա վկայությունն է: Սա նաև ապացույցն է նրա, որ այս դաշինքի մեջ գտնվող ուժերի թեզը` մեկ, ինստիտուցիոնալ և հզոր ընդդիմության մասին, աջակցություն է գտել հասարակության մեջ»:
