Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհը կշրջանցի պատմամշակութային արգելոցը

Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհը կշրջանցի Ագարակի պատմամշակութային արգելոցը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգայի ակադեմիայի հնագիտության եւ ազգագրության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Պավել Ավետիսյանն ասաց, որ Ագարակում փրկարարական պեղումների արդյունքում լուրջ կառույցներ են բացվել: «Մենք հասկացանք, որ հուշարձանը տանգված է եւ բանակցությունների արդյունքում փոխեցինք ճանապարհի այդ հատվածի ծրագիրը: Ճանապարհաշինարարներն էլ սիրով համաձայնեցին»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ ճանապարհի այդ հատվածը կփոխվի պեղումների համար նախատեսված տնտեսված գումարների հաշվին: Արդեն ընթացքի մեջ են համապատասխան գծագրերը:
«Մենք հետեւում ենք , որ ճանապարհաշինության հետեւանքով լուրջ արժեք ունեցող որեւէ հուշարձան չվնասվի»,-հավելեց Պավել Ավետիսյանը: Հնագիտության եւ ազգագրության ինստիտուտի տնօրենի խոսքով` մինչ այս պահը չեն եղել դեպքեր, երբ ճանապարհի շինարարության պատճառով հուշարձանը տեղափոխվի, բայց առաջիկայում նման դեպքերը չեն բացառվում: «Մենք փրկարարական պեղումները մինչեւ Թալին ենք իրականացրել, բայց Թալինից հետո մինչեւ Գյումրի ընկած հատվածում եւս մեծ հուշարձաններ կան, որոնք պետք է ուսումնասիրության ենթարկվեն»,-հավելեց Աետիսյանը: Մեր այն հարցին, թե փրկարարական պեղումների պատճառով արդյոք չե՞ն խախտվում ճանապարհի շինարարության ժամկետները, Պավել Ավետիսյանը պատասխանեց, որ ամեն ինչ նախօրոք հաշվարկված է եղել:
Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհահատվածի հարեւանությամբ կան շուրջ 28 պատմամշակութային հուշարձաններ: Հնագիտության եւ ազգագրության ինստիտուտի կողմից փրկարարական պեղումների արդյունքում կբացվեն, կֆիքսվեն հուշարձանները, եւ եթե դրանց պահպանումն այնքան էլ կարեւոր չլինի, ապա թույլ կտրվի ճանապարհի այդ հատվածներում եւս շինարարություն իրականացնել:
«Հյուսիս-հարավ» ճանապարհային միջանցքի կառուցման նպատակը Հայաստանի և Իրանի սահմանային հատման կետից մինչև Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի սահմանային հատման կետը 556 կմ բարձրակարգ, միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան, բետոնե ծածկույթով ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհի կառուցումն է:
Ծրագրի իրականացման համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև 2009 թ. սեպտեմբերին կնքվել է Շրջանակային ֆինանսավորման համաձայնագիր, որով նախատեսվում է 962 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ֆինանսավորում, որից Ասիական Զարգացման Բանկի մասը կազմում է 500 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար:
