Տարածքային ցուցակներում ներառված պատգամավորության թեկնածուների հավասար իրավունքի պահանջը չի կատարվել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը այս մասին հայտարարեց Երևանի մամուլի ակումբի նախագահ Բորիս Նավասարդյանը՝ ներկայացնելով հեռարձակվ ող ԶԼՄ-ներում 2017 թ. ԱԺ ընտրությունների լուսաբանման մշտադիտարկման արդյունքները: «Տարածքային ցուցակներում ընդգրկված առանձին թեկնածուներ հնարավորություն ստացան երեւալ եթերում, ինչը ակնհայտ առավելություն էր մյուսների նկատմամբ: Ամբողջ քարոզարշավի ընթացքում 34 էթիկայի խախտում է գրանցվել»,-ասաց նա:
Մշտադիտարկմամբ արձանագրված երկրորդ խնդիրն, ըստ Բորիս Նավասարդյանի, բանավեճերի բացակայությունն էր: «Ընտրություններին մասնակից կուսակցությունների եւ դաշինքների առաջին համարները կամ վարչապետի թեկնածուները պետք է բանավեճի դուրս գային, ինչն ընդունված է ամբողջ աշխարհում, բայց Հայաստանում նման պրակտիկա չկա»,-հավելեց նա:
Երևանի մամուլի ակումբի նախագահը փաստեց, որ ընտրություններում հիմնականում հավասարակշված լուսաբանում է եղել: «Ամենից շատ եթերաժամանակ տրամադրվել է Հանրապետական կուսակցությանը, երկրորդ տեղում «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքն է: Համապետական ընտրությունների հետ համեմատությամբ, այս անգամ լուսաբանման տոկոսը կազմել է 6.5 տոկոս»,-ասաց նա:
Էթիկայի խախտումների առումով բանախոսն առանձնացրեց հիմնականում այն, որ մի քաղաքական ուժին վերաբերող նույն նկարահանումն օգտագործվում էր տարբեր հեռուստաընկերություններով: «Մյուս խախտումը քարոզարշավի ընթացքում երեխաների օգտագործումն էր»,-հավելեց Նավասարդյանը:
«Հեռարձակվող ԶԼՄ-ներում 2017 թ. ԱԺ ընտրությունների լուսաբանման մշտադիտարկումն իրականացվել է մարտի 5-31-ը:
Մշտադիտարկվել են 5 հանրապետական ծածկույթ ունեցող հեռուստաընկերություններ` Հանրայինը, «Կենտրոնը», «Շանթը», «Երկիր մեդիան» եւ «Արմենիան»:
Մոնիթորինգն իրականացվում է Եվրոմիության եւ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի համատեղ ծրագրի շրջանակում:
