Դիլիջանում կրթական կլաստերի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ կառավարությունը հուշագիր է ստորագրել

ՀՀ կառավարությունը և «Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» հիմնադրամը կնքել են համագործակցության հուշագիր` Դիլիջան քաղաքում կրթական կլաստերի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:
ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հուշագիրը ստորագրել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը, իսկ «Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» հիմնադրամի կողմից՝ հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Էդգար Մանուկյանը։
Հաշվի առնելով կրթության որակի բարձրացման, երկրի հանրակրթական համակարգում միջազգային լավագույն չափանիշներին համապատասխան նորարարական պրակտիկայի ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը դիտարկում է փորձնական ծրագրի շրջանակներում մասնավոր հատվածի մասնակցությամբ Դիլիջան քաղաքում Կրթական կլաստերի (ԴԿԿ) ստեղծման հնարավորությունը։
Կլաստերի ստեղծման ռազմավարական նպատակն է աշխարհի առաջադեմ կրթական համակարգերի փորձի վրա Հայաստանում ապագայի կրթական միջավայրի ստեղծումը։
Համաձայն հուշագրի` ՀՀ կառավարությունը՝ ի դեմս ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության և Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի, կաշխատի «Հայաստանի զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ» հիմնադրամի հետ հայեցակարգի մշակման, մասնակիցների միջև փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնների և ինչպես բուն կլաստերի, այնպես էլ դրանում ներառվող հաստատությունների կրթական բովանդակության վրա։
Ըստ հուշագրի` ԴԿԿ-ն լինելու է բաց կրթական էկոհամակարգ, որը կարող է ներառել նոր մասնակիցներ, այդ թվում` հանրակրթական պետական ուսումնական հաստատություններ։ Հետագայում այս նախագիծը կարող է կրկնօրինակվել Հայաստանի մյուս շրջաններում։
