Ազգային ժողովի 2017 թվականի ընտրությունների արդյունքում խորհրդարան չանցած քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է թերությունները փնտրեն իրենց մեջ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ապրիլի 4-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նման տեսակետ հայտնեց «Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականությունների» ՀԿ գործադիր տնօրեն Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:
«Այդ քաղաքական ուժերը չպետք է քննադատեն հասարակությանը պարտության համար, այլ պետք է դասեր քաղեն այդ պարտությունից»,- նշեց Ալավերդյանը:
Որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր, ըստ Ալավերդյանի, փորձում են ոչ թե վերանայել իրենց ծրագրերը, ըմբռնումները, քաղաքացիների կողմից չընկալվող մոտեցումները, այլ ցանկանում են ողջ պատասխանատվությունը բարդել հասարակության վրա:
Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպանի խոսքով` մյուս կողմից՝ հասարակությունը չի հավատում այն ուժերին, որոնք իշխանություն եղած ժամանակ ունեցել են այլ մոտեցումներ, ներկայումս՝ այլ:
«Քաղաքական գործիչների քայլերը, մոտեցումները, դիրքորոշումները 5 տարի առաջ,10 տարի առաջ, թե 20 տարի առաջ քաղաքացիների կողմից չի մոռացվում»,- շեշտեց Ալավերդյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ տեսակետին` Ալավերդյանը մասնավորապես նշեց.
«Առաջին նախագահի տեսակետը ոչ համարժեք է իրականությանը: Եթե մինչև ապրիլի 2-ը ժողովրդի մի մասը դեռ կարող էր հույսեր փայփայել, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանության հետ հնարավոր է բանակցություններ վարել, ապա ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո հասարակությունում պարզ իրականություն դարձավ այն, որ Ադրբեջանը բոլորովին պատրաստ չէ ողջամիտ քայլերի»,- ասաց Ալավերդյանը և հավելեց, որ նոր իրավիճակում պետք է ստեղծել արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման նոր մոդել, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների միջև պետք է լինի վստահության մթնոլորտ, որը ներկայումս բացակ այում է:
