 Քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ ընտրությունների արդյունքները կանխատեսելի էին՝ բացառությամբ «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության արդյունքների:

«Անձամբ ինձ համար ՀՎԿ-ի արդյունքներն անսպասելի էին, քանի որ ելնելով նրանց վարչական ռեսուրսներից, ընդհանուր հաշվարկներից՝ գոնե 5-տոկոսանոց շեմը պիտի հաղթահարեին, բայց, հավանաբար, ՀՀԿ-ն չափից ավելի լուրջ մոտեցավ այս հարցին, այդ իսկ պատճառով ձայները նրանց պարզապես չբավականացրին: Կարծում եմ՝ «ԵԼՔ»-ը բավականին հաջող արդյունք ցուցաբերեց հատկապես մայրաքաղաքում: Դաշնակների դեպքում որոշակի դեր խաղաց այն հանգամանքը, որ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի վերջին հարցազրույցը 1-2 տոկոսով ավելացրեց նրանց էլեկտորատը: ՀԱԿ-ն, իսկապես, շատ վատ արդյունք տվեց, եւ դրա պատճառն, ըստ իս, մի քանի սխալներն էին: Ինձ համար կոնկրետ անհասկանալի էր՝ ինչու նրանք գնացին դաշինքով եւ ոչ առանձին կուսակցությամբ: Նույն Ստեփան Դեմիրճյանին կարելի էր ընդգրկել ցուցակի մեջ, եւ այդ դեպքում, միգուցե, 5-տոկոսանոց շեմը տեսականորեն հնարավոր լիներ հաղթահարել: Ինձ մոտ այն տպավորությունն է, որ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն արեց ամեն ինչ, որ  իրենք չանցնեն»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Սերգեյ Մինասյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հանրապետական կուսակցության կողմից նման բարձր արդյունք գրանցելու հարցում մեծ դեր խաղաց թե վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ով ուներ եւ պահպանել է անձնական ռեյտինգը, թե Պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

«Գոնե նախընտրական պայքարի ժամանակ այդ վերաբրենդավորումը կարեւոր էր: Բացի դրանից տեխնոլոգիական առումով մեծ դեր ունեցան այս ընտրական պայմանները, երբ ռեյտինգային քվեարկությունը փաստացի ստեղծում էր մրցունակություն հենց հանրապետականների ներսում, բայց արդյունքում, միեւնույն է, ձայնը գնում էր կուսակցությանը»,- ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ակնհայտ էր ընտրությունների՝ ոչ թե գաղափարախոսության, այլ ռեսուրսների վրա հիմնված լինելու  հանգամանքը:

Նրա կանխատեսմամբ՝ առաջիկայում հանրապետականները եւ դաշնակցականները կրկին դաշինք կկազմեն:

«Կարելի է ակնկալել, որ ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ Հանրապետականը 58 ձայն կունենա նոր խորհրդարանում: Ընդհանուր կլինի 105 պատգամավոր: Կարծում եմ՝ հանրապետականները կկարողանան միանձնյա կառավարություն կազմել, բայց նախկինում եւս կարող էին, սակայն դաշինք կազմեցին դաշնակների հետ, եւ, ըստ իս, առաջիկայում եւս այդպես կլինի: Այստեղ քաղաքական տրամաբանություն կա. դաշնակները Սփյուռքում դեր ունեն, բավականին կարեւոր դիրքորոշում ունեն գաղափարախոսական առումով արցախյան հակամարտության վերաբերյալ, եւ, բացի դրանից, հանրապետակնները նման համոզիչ հաղթանակից հետո կցանկանան ունենալ ավելի լայն քաղաքական հիմքեր»,-եզրափակեց Սերգեյ Մինասյանը:

Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կայացան ապրիլի 2-ին: Ըստ ընտրությունների արդյունքների՝ առաջիկա խորհրդարանում լինելու է 4 քաղաքական ուժ՝ Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, «Ծառուկյան» եւ «Ելք» դաշինքները, Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցությունը:
